[Tommy wouldn't normally have stopped for a girl hanging posters, but right now it isn't like he has much else to keep his attention. He almost passes it entirely at first, then after catching it in the corner of his eye he pauses to give it a read. His brow furrows before he nods his chin at the thing.]

[ lots of folks have stopped to look, but not many have stopped to ask; river's already moved a few feet away to hang up the next flyer by the time his voice reaches her. she stops, tape hanging between her lips and toes squirming in their boots ( shoes today because she's on a mission and missions require shoes ). her eyes are wide and curious as ever as she studies him a moment before taking the tape out of her mouth to slap it on the next flyer, haphazardly hung on a lightpost. ]

She isn't laughing.

[There's someone above River's head, crouching on a lower rooftop and watching as she posts these ridiculous flyers everywhere. It's easy to say that if anything, he's amused.]

Someone sneezed on one and a bird took another, either to question its peers or for nesting.

Anonymity is used either to protect one's identity or excuse poor behavior in public. Our red font seems more likely the former, and I can respect that. I don't want to out it. I have something for it.

You're looking for a font? Have you tried replacing it with a different serif? Or maybe a nice sans serif - I hear Helvetica is all the rage these days.

It's not the same. Anyone can be red and bold but that doesn't mean they're all the same.

[He's just blinking, bemused, at the flyer that has somehow materialized on a wall somewhere near where he usually hides out. Red text is familiar, he's sure he's seen them around on the network a few times before, but this is the first time he's seen anyone go looking for them. He's somehow not surprised to see that it's River asking, though.

Speaking of which, hey, she's nearby. So he walks on up to her, slightly confused gaze straying once more to the poster she's putting up before focusing back on her.]

[ he is, in many many ways, one of river's favorite people, both here and there. this time, it's for how easily he just comes to help rather than questioning her off the bat. she knows she's strange, that her methods have always been unorthodox.

he's there anyway. she loves him so very, very much. ]

[ instead of handing him any flyers, though, she hands him one of the tape dispensers bulging out of the pockets of her overlarge sweater and holds the next paper up to a lightpost, glances back to him expectantly with a fond smile. ]
