[ it has been a while since Kaworu showed his face and made a post, hasn't it? This time around he is at the park. His really pale skin is red from the sun - probably burnt, too, because Kaworu is like an albino - and it's obvious he is feeling the heat, but he is sitting under a tree in the shade ]

Hello. [ have a gentle smile, everyone! ] I hope everyone is alright, even though recent events show us it is getting more dangerous. Even so, there is still much to see and learn in this world. Only recently I've found there are small fans to place inside houses to refresh the place. [ yeah he didn't know about that sort of fans )8 ] Even after so long here, there is much for me to learn.

I suppose it makes me curious: what is the most fascinating thing you have seen in this world?

I do have another question. [ but of course. And it'll be a bit more personal ] After the war has ended and if the Gods and the travelers win, would you wish to stay in this world, or would you rather return? And why?

I'd love it if I could return home, only there's nothing really waiting for me, not quite.

[ He shrugs. Better to state things plainly than not. ]

It's a bit confusing, but as I'm technically dead, or at least in a bit of limbo, if I had the choice, and if my friends did as well, I'd just as soon stay right here.

I might do that, yes, if I had a choice.

[ It's better than going back to limbo or death or whatever he's got waiting for him. ]

If the gods let us, maybe some of us could make lives for ourselves around here.

Not yet, we don't, but I just have a feeling it won't be long until we find that out.

I'd like to believe that, yeah. But I don't know any more about that than you do. It's not like I'm one of the so-called gods we've got walking around.

There something wrong with what I said? [ It's not as though he's the only one who's a bit skeptical of the gods. ]

Let's just say that I remain a bit unconvinced.

A bit more than introducing yourself as one, to start with.

That's not my point. The point is, anyone can walk up, say they're a god, and pull off a trick or something to impress people.

[ And, well, there are those who are that easily impressed, so maybe that's all it takes. Of course, the Doctor is just skeptical of most things, especially pertaining to gods and godlike figures. ]

Maybe there is no proof. At least, no proof that's conclusive and not thought up by the one trying to pass themselves off as a god.

[ Or maybe he's the last person who should be talking about this. People have their beliefs, and his just happens to be that the gods in Asgard aren't living up to that title. ]

I'd ask you for your reasons about why you believe them, but in the end, your reasons are just that: yours.

[ And, well, everyone's got those too, and it's not his place to knock someone else's reasons. ]

And I believe some of what they say, but the claim to be gods is something I just find difficult to swallow, obviously enough.

[ It's the crux of the matter, but either way, the Doctor doesn't really subscribe to the idea of an all-powerful being residing somewhere in heaven and orchestrating all things. It's an interesting concept, but it's also one he doesn't quite believe. ]

Now, if these gods were to do something astounding and unlike anything any of us could do, then I might begin to change my mind, but change is a slow process, even when gods aren't involved.

Either way, it doesn't matter what I think a god should be like. They call themselves gods, so who exactly am I to argue?

[ He's not in a position to do that, not really. ]
