♛ 13th Curious Thought [Video] || Backdated to day 476
Hello everyone!
My name is Alice Liddell, the younger one, for those of you who mayn't have met me before. I'm on the welcoming committee here! I was speaking to Miss Harley and we were discussing welcoming baskets for new arrivals with things they might need to know.
One of those things would be the pamphlet and yes, the reassurance everything going on here is very much real. However, we were also thinking of all the guides everyone has written, some small first aids for their rooms and homes, and someone recommended spirits, but I don't know what that means.
So I was wondering if those who have written guides, and those who have any medical supplies, little things like band aids and the sort, could share them, if you don't mind terribly?
I was also wondering... I thought, with the lovely snow... [Which reminded her of Jack, of Jamie and so much fun...] well I just had a question for those who have been here a bit longer, to try and make us remember that things like this snow and the sort are lovely and to remember those lovely things.
So I just thought I might ask... what is something lovely to you that you hope to do when the fighting is all done? [Because Alice must believe, she must have faith, and hope, and dream of a 'when' not an 'if.']

[ ATTACHED: NOTES ]
I don't have any medical supplies, but... I hope I can see my friends again, when this is done. I'd like that.
It's alright if you don't have the anything like that. The notes will be more than enough.
Ah, that... that is a very good thing to look forward to, to hope for.
[ She's still smiling, though, as best as she can. ]
I have all of Sam's old notes too, if you'd like those? They cover the Gods and Powers in a bit more detail.

I do wish that I can see some of my old friends back home and see if they are okay.

But all I hope right now that they are doing well and keep moving on forward.

How are you, Miss Liddell?
[Text]
I'm quite well, Mr. Crouch. Did... you enjoy being home or is Asgard preferred?

[ He lightly smacks his forehead. ]
I got a request to write a part of a guide forever ago. I guess no one who asked is around anymore, but I might as well, I suppose.
Oh! Maybe "Asgard, A Brief Guide on How to Stop the End of the Worlds."
Either are good, but the first one is more all encompassing.

Ah! You're a cat like Cheshire! [She smiles.] Have you a grin like him too?
Oh but, you know what spirits are then? I'm guessing they don't mean the... soul of a person?

[Yes, he was responding to her greeting in the very beginning of the video before he decides to silently listen to it. The main idea of her transmission is about asking for more ideas on what to add to the welcome baskets, he is guessing, the meaning to a particular word that she didn't fully understand, and wishes an individual is hoping for once the fighting was over. He didn't think too long and hard on the transmission as he has no intentions of responding to all of his questions.
Instead...]
By spirits, in what context did the individual in question use it as, Alice-san? I have a few ideas, but context would be most helpful in truly offering a more accurate response to offer you. [Yes, he will put more attention on the word solving issue than anything else.]
[Audio]
Are you enjoying all the snow?
Oh, well, I was asking about what could be put in a welcome basket and they just said "spirits will help everyone get through this place."
I'm afraid he didn't say much else. I'm assuming he didn't mean the spirits that are like souls, or ghosts? I can't very well put those in baskets.

[She gives a small laugh.]
Like other people've said, "spirits" are just alcohol. Can't say I would've minded that in a welcome basket when I first got here, but they're right, 's likely to just make things worse. I think your idea's brilliant, though. People are gonna be pretty grateful for it, I'd think.
[Audio]
Yes, someone finally explained that the person likely meant alcohol and not something to lift the spirit in general. Still, I might keep to my stuffed animal idea.
