[Lilly, for the most part, has been staying in and around her Welcome House during her time in Asgard-- but once she heard that there were a lot of new people hanging around outside the palace, she couldn't not go and look for her family. And, happily, luck seems to have been in her favor, because she's greeting the network today looking absolutely thrilled. There's an older girl of about eight or nine sitting next to her, looking a little unsure about this whole thing.

Lilly speaks first, sounding just as happy and triumphant as she looks:]

Victoria! Sister!

[After a few seconds of silence, she nudges Victoria impatiently. They look at each other, and seem to have a little conversation with facial expressions alone-- Victoria raises her eyebrows, and Lilly frowns and nudges her again. Finally, Victoria bites her lower lip and speaks. She doesn't seem to have the serious aversion to talking that Lilly does, but in some ways, she's actually the more shy of the two.]

... Hi. Can everyone really see me?

[Like the other visitors, she has a bracelet of her own visible on her wrist, but hasn't used it yet. She self-consciously pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose before continuing.]

I'm going to take Lilly and let her stay in my tent with me. Is that okay? Her room is really smelly.

[She glances back at her sister, and they have another few moments of nonverbal communication before Victoria turns back to the bracelet display.]

That's all. I'm going to turn this off now. Bye.

[And she does.]

[This is honestly.. the strangest thing Luka Macken had ever seen. He could see them- these two little girls talking but he didn't think it went both ways. What sort of bracelet is this? Still, it was nice to see people that might be closer to his own age. He didn't have much luck with the grownups in his time.

Cautiously he peered down at the bracelet, his large eyes taking up most of the screen]

Victoria.. that's just like the queen. [More talking to himself] .. and Lilly. They look like they're just like me and my brother.

[Well, this is confusing. Does he know they can see him or not? Victoria looks to Lilly for help, but the younger girl is busy playing with the end of Victoria's hair and isn't paying much attention to the bracelet display.]

... Hello? Can you hear me?

[At the response, Luka looked hesitantly to either side. Was he going crazy or was the bracelet actually talking to him? When he didn't catch sight of any one else nearby, he figured she did mean him.]

Mm. [He nodded emphatically] I can hear you!

[Victoria still sounds a little hesitant. The fact that this is a kid like her actually makes her more nervous-- it's been a long time since she's interacted with another child that wasn't Lilly.]

... Is there really a queen named Victoria?

Mm! I've never met her though. My brother is the only "highness" I need anyway.

[Luka proclaimed proudly though it was all pretend. The two boys were living as orphans on the street, neither held claim to any sort of title]

[ Lilly's bracelet blinks about half an hour later, signaling a call. The man in the video is kind of scary-looking with a deep voice that Victoria is probably old enough to notice he's intentionally trying to make sound gentler. ]

[Victoria does look a little wary, but no more so than she did with anyone else. Lilly, on the other hand, grins and waves wildly in the background.]

Are you Lilly's friend too?

[ Kieran huffs through his nose and smiles faintly, waving back to Lilly in the background. ]

Yeah, you could say that. I've cleaned up her shit a few times too... any chance big sis could convince her to use the toilet?

I can try. They taught her at home, but she forgets. She doesn't know why it's important.

She ain't big on baths or vegetables, either.

[ He glances at background-Lilly, then lowers his voice so hopefully only Victoria can hear. ] Has anyone told you how visiting works here?

I don't get to stay.

And she doesn't get to come home.
