I know that there is a lot unknown and unexplained. There are a lot of questions that we'd like the answers to. I'd rather focus on what is known.

[ Who wouldn't? But she's information collecting. Maybe get enough questions together and take them all to a god. Maybe ]

I'd like to know what your experience was like arriving here. From the amount of people that have mentioned feeling sick after arriving it's clear that something has changed. Is there anything specific that you remember? Has anyone reported similar experiences before?

[ The sickness. Drowning. Seeing the sight of burning cities... people. She's felt it all, remembers it. And now she's hearing things - cries, feeling emotion that she knows she isn't feeling herself. What is it? ]

Has anything out of the ordinary happened recently? Anything that could cause the change?

[ Out of the ordinary for war, anyway. She's been going over the information but there is a lot there. Any filling in would definitely be appreciated ]

It doesn't matter what it is, anything could be important.

There's a little of this that I'm familiar with but a lot of is new.

[ She imagines this situation for this woman is similar to her first 0-8-4 or artifact. As close as it can be ]

Scarborough. ( that's said with a lilt, as if she doesn't expect it to be recognized but wouldn't mind if it was. )

I don't know what would even pass for normal, here. Every time I think I've got something figured out, it changes. But at least when I arrived I didn't vomit all over the welcome hall.

Asgard isn't too different from Earth. They live similarly to how we do, but some of their customs are different.

[ Just like another culture. Or part of the past, really. Nordic. Glass smashing, friendly sparring as a contest. Didn't that used to be their customs years ago? ]

When did are you arrive?

I think you're overestimating those similarities.

I've been here a few weeks, but that hasn't helped much.

The flooding was the worst. People actually died. But the fact that the so-called gods don't care enough to tell us what's actually going on might just as bad.

Would they have been able to warn you about the flood before it happened?

I don't know. They're the gods. You'd think that would give them a bit of clarity.

They're only capable of knowing so much.

It means we'll have to find the answers ourselves. That's not a bad thing.
