[The feed clicks on, and the figure in the video is quiet for a moment. Her lips are pursed, and her eyes are elsewhere, as if she's reading something. The wall behind her is cluttered with taped-up notes. If anyone cared to look a little closer, they would see all sorts of mundane things on them; directions, time schedules, inane memories.

Suddenly, Jane looks at the bracelet.]

I know that we're all...out of sorts right now. Yes, that's a terribly kind way of putting things. I'm aware. But there is still part of me that thinks it is imperative that we try to stay calm.

[She lets the word sink in, less for any audience and more for herself.]

If we're all going though similar straights, then I'm not the only one with more holes in her memory than Swiss cheese. It's...it's not fun. It's frightening. I've been forgetting things from home now, too - I can't even remember if I had a single friend! [She smiles sheepishly. Sorry to friends who may be watching! If she had any!] But I was thinking that everyone is frightened, too. And, maybe, if they didn't know who to turn to or confide in, we could talk it out somewhere. Here perhaps? I would be more than happy to lend an ear.

[Jane pulls a sorry sort of face.] Oh. And, um. To whoever I've been working for here, if you can remember I'm an employee of yours, I'm sorry I haven't shown up. I swear I only know I have a job from the schedules I had pinned up, but I can't remember doing a lick of work and I would appreciate it if you didn't fire me. I think.
