[ She leans up, shaking her head before she settles herself against him for a round of best friend cuddles. ]

[ he holds her against his chest, heart beating a little quicker as he settles their hands on his knee to rest. it's always amazing to him how different closeness is with bodyheat and actual functioning organs. and it just feels good to have a friend like this - where this kind of closeness isn't awkward, it's actually just required. ]
