[Anyone in the general vicinity of the hospital in Sigyn - more precisely, the vicinity of the Everyday Sunshine building - might catch Kanji at work setting things up, organizing cute bits and pieces and generally making a nice looking display. It's been more than a week since his stall's been open, and he's making up for lost ground.
Not that he could help it. Going home can be a drag like that.

He sets a sign outside, decorated to the point of possible overkill, down to having a (drawn up, sadly) plushie pointing at it: Craft stall re-opening!

And to announce things a bit more, the video feed opens from inside the building, set up to take the stall in the best he can:]

Hey, everyone.

Just lettin' anyone who was lookin' for my craft stall this last - uh, is it a week? Two? I can't work it out... anyway, I'm up and running again. Yeah, I got pulled home for a bit. [Shrug.] Not like I could help it, right?

So... the cute stuff's ready to go again. And I'm doin' a 'first day back' sale. Come on over and get it!

While I'm here, though... have I missed anything?

I suppose something like that, yes! They're the only familiars I've heard of.

[She would have made a pun, but she's not completely familiar with familiars you see.]

It's ... kinda different. It ain't another creature. It's something ... inside.

Yeah. That's pretty much it.
... Sorry, I ain't that good at explaining this.

That's okay! It's kind of interesting, actually, even if you can't explain it well.

Heh, thanks. I ain't really talked about it to many people... I mean, it was kinda a secret back home, so it still feels a bit weird sometimes.

A secret, hm? Why is that?

Well, if anyone knew we could do it, we could've ended up in a lotta crap... it would've wrecked things for us.

[He scratches his head: how to explain everything? The TV murders, the other world...]

It would? So it's quite a serious affair to have this other self, then?

Well, the only people who could do it or knew about it were us, some people in another town, few of 'em are here actually ... and [he sighs-] A murderin' asshole.

[Her eyes widen slightly, and she looks to and fro.]

A murderer - er, would they happen to be here too?

I ain't seen him.

[... Just give him a few more days, though.]

Oh, good.

[Life's a bitch like that.]

I'd heard of some rough folks like that running amok her before, and given some of the things that have happened while I've been here, we've got more than our fair share of terrible troublemakers.

Yeah. Seriously... we've got giants breathin' down our necks, we don't need assholes like him here.

Yes, giants and others like us who like to do wrong. We have far more than enough of that.

[He lets out a sigh-]

Ain't that the truth.

[A nod and a hum.]

Well, you're back and away from the murderer in your world. That's what's important.

Yeah.

It's good to be back here.

[A smile.]
