[For once, Loras looks quite pleased with himself. Despite the battles, the troubles going around with food shortages, supply issues, he seems optimistic.

Which, frankly, considering his normal demeanor at times, is probably a surprise. Still, he gives a smile, and a nod of his curly head to his wrist device.]

As some of you know, my King and [What is the word people use here?] partner, Renly Baratheon has been in Asgard for some time. Considering our...situation at home, and how society feels about us, we've decided to make the most of our stay here, and get married.

[He raises his chin, slightly, which is always a sign he's steeling himself, using his arrogance as a shield.]

I'm not about to let supply shortages, or some bloody war stop my wedding. [He doesn't care who he has to kill, he's getting married, damn it.] We haven't set a date, buy frankly, with everything going on here as of late, I suppose it should be sooner, rather than later.

You are all invited, of course; people always say good small events [It will have to be small, despite Renly's love of grand parties] help provide some relief during war.

[He's about to turn off his device, but feels the need to add--]

Oh and if a Stannis Baratheon shows up with no teeth tomorrow, you'll know that this is the reason.

[It takes Robb a moment to recover from the shock--Loras and Renly? So the rumors were true after all, and suddenly Loras' odd attachment to his king makes a great deal of sense. And, really, he can't fault either of them for taking advantage of an opportunity they didn't have in Westeros, but--still. Still.

He can't help but be reminded of Jon and Ygritte all over again, uneasy and not entirely sure where to go, what to do with this new information. Nowhere near the wedding, hopefully.]

I--I wish you and your king the best. [It's somewhat stiff, and rather awkward, considering he's only just learned this for himself.]

[A wedding between two men does catch her off guard, but considering some of the 'people' she's encountered in the past, she can't say it's the worst she's ever heard of.]

I could think of worst things to happen than two men getting hitched. Besides, a wedding seems like a good break between the shit that's been happening. [It's still a bit to wrap her head around, but she tries to put a smile on for their sake.]

[After a moment, she switches the video to private. If you want, I've been rationing a little of everything at the welcome hall. Fifty years before my time, there's been enforced rationing during a war, so I've some tips to look in on.

[ No love for any Baratheons from this one (is an understatement) but Loras has proven true for a knight serving the wrong House. She bears no ill will toward him or this arrangement, so long as it does not interfere with relations between the Great Houses in Asgard - though, even to someone that has spent her entire life in Essos, it is a bit odd.

And in the tales the ones that marry for love always end in tragedy (or perhaps that is only wistfulness on her part). ]
