3 out of the 4 names named are wizards.
Is arson taught widely in the society wizards come from, or are we just pointing fingers at those from Professor Snape's world due to his establishing it?

Neville Longbottom's arm was badly burned in the fire, and he hardly seems the type to put his own safety at risk just to cause destruction. Professor Snape was with him when they made their way out of it. I don't know anything about John Allerdyce (called Pyro, as you say), and it wasn't Barty Crouch Jr, either.

So the last one seems to be the most accurate at this point in time.

How do we know it was one of them? It could be anyone with some sort of grudge against the school, it's teachers or one of the students that wanted to get back at them. I don't even know who all of these people are. But whoever it was caused a lot of damage and hurt a lot of people.
