Oh good, so you are acquainted. Information for information seems a fair trade. Full disclosure on any one individual of my world, and one blank-check action related to them. Past, present, future, favourite colours, ice cream preferences, etc. I'll even throw in a hat.

Specifics: that disclosure will be open and constant. Any new information you come privy to regarding the individual I choose will be reported just as dutifully as the initial hearing. Anything you know, I'll know. (The hat's non negotiable unless it's ugly, in which case you can keep it.)

Additionally, you'll truthfully answer twenty clear yes/no questions I put to you. These questions will be marked with an asking of "yes or no?" either immediately before, during or immediately following the question, and questions without this element won't count towards your total or require your honesty.

A consistent channel of communications will not entail any form of active surveillance, the hat shall be radiant and I strike wounded that you would at all insinuate otherwise, ten questions, but one may receive an elabourated answer.
