[There's gotta be a better way to do this. There's just got to be. However he realizes that he's running out of time, especially with the appearance of certain people in the city of Asgard.
He doesn't bother to show his face. Instead he's setting up a text…somehow that seems much, much safer.]

Quick question for the masses:
A.) Would you consider yourself useful here?
B.) Why so? Or, I suppose, why not?
C.) Serious responses only.
[He's fully anticipating not-serious responses, but at least it gives him a bigger pool to work with.]
Additionally, you may very well know that Euridice Taverna's left the city which means that I'm short one business partner. I'm not precisely looking for a new partner, but perhaps a few new hires.

But I still can't see how me getting an education and a better job that will make me useful in this war.

For example my education was completely useless during my sixth and seventh years of schooling but everything I've learned has gone into creating my apothecary, and from the apothecary came enough potions and items not only for the war but for profit, two things that are most important in this time.
But I'm also highly intelligent.
In terms of not getting an education and a better job you're essentially making the rest of us have to put in more efforts to pick up your slack. That is how it will make you useful.

That makes sense. I just joined a project that will make our own dragons to talk to dragons outside of Asgard, even though I'm not a Level 3.
