[There's gotta be a better way to do this. There's just got to be. However he realizes that he's running out of time, especially with the appearance of certain people in the city of Asgard.

He doesn't bother to show his face. Instead he's setting up a text…somehow that seems much, much safer.]

Party's over, I'm afraid. Back to business. Quick question for the masses: A.) Would you consider yourself useful here? B.) Why so? Or, I suppose, why not? C.) Serious responses only.

[He's fully anticipating not-serious responses, but at least it gives him a bigger pool to work with.]

Additionally, you may very well know that Euridice Taverna's left the city which means that I'm short one business partner. I'm not precisely looking for a new partner, but perhaps a few new hires. Serious inquiries only.

I'd rather not use Jade as a basis of judgment, if it's all the same to you. God quest. Loki's fault. I don't know how complicated this is going to be so I'm going in as prepared as possible, all right? With something this big I imagine I have to.

I'm just saying, those are awfully ominous and dramatic word choices, and I don't personally know you as well.

...but yeah, that sounds like a good bet. What kind of quest are we talking about, here? Venturing off for some old-fashioned monster slaying? Fetch quest? Do we get experience points for this?

For all I know it could involve monsters. It's more of a large, elaborate game of hide and seek if you will. As I'm sure you're aware, our god powers don't work outside of the city of Asgard. What if I said I can change that?

Pretty sure my first question there is why are we just now finding out that this is a thing we can do.

Because Loki's a giant asshole, that's why. That's actually quite literally the only reason. I've known for a little over a month, but...the city hasn't exactly been kind in terms of allowing me proper time to research and prepare. Of course it is. Things are getting worse as I'm sure you're aware. This is the perfect time to execute the quest and establish everything before the next battle. Loki provided very specific instructions and honestly I'd do this myself if I could, but it won't work.

...alright, if you're sure about this, then it's definitely something that's got to get done. The way things seem to go here, it's a matter of time before it goes to shit again, isn't it?

So what exactly is this going to take?

Of course I'm sure about this. Why wouldn't I be sure about this? I wouldn't have accepted the quest if I wasn't. It's going to take quite a bit actually...we have to venture outside of the city, find the god runes, bring them back into the city and plant them in places with the highest magical content, essentially, to hide them and keep them activated outside of the appropriate god houses. Here, let me--

...alright, I see what you wanted me for, then- if it wasn't already obvious enough, I'm in. I might not be much help outside the city, but- well, if it's not survival skill you're after then it should be fine.

This was an awful roundabout way of finding people, though.
