[ sup Asgard, here's an oracle looking particularly pleased, and it's because she's ..particularly pleased with herself. or maybe just in general. it's hard to tell. but she's sitting on the floor of a bedroom ( hers? probably. but who knows. ), her bracelet being held up for a moment when the feed first clicks on before it's put on the floor in front of her. then she's kind of stretching but kind of not, leaning forward a little, pretty much just to avoid the most unflattering camera angle in the world. but she's too jittery to actually hold the camera up, so- right. anyway. ]

So I've been thinking. [ there's a pause, like she's imagining someone going 'uh oh' ] And I think what this city really, really needs is an art club. Or an art- something. Club sounds too much like high school. And that's not what I'm thinking of. Not really a class, but just a time and place where people can get together and make- stuff. Make art. There's a really great space in the Freyr district that's open to the public to use, and I've been going there just to draw and paint on my own, but I just keep thinking that it might be really cool if there was a whole group of us. And I already know there's a few people here who like art as much as I do, so I figured I'd bring it up. Because why not.

We don't even have to work on any projects together, specifically, but sometimes it's kind of nice surrounding yourself with people just creating things, right?

[ there's a pause, and she sighs a little sigh ] I know that there are a lot of really scary things going on, and I've found myself more caught up in them than I ever thought I would be. But our purpose here isn't just about fighting and sweating and bleeding to try and save the worlds, right? It's about bringing the color back.

And... Isn't that what art is for?

[ oo, so insightful, she might have practiced that one. then she's grinning again, a little mischievous ]

So... Let me know if you want in, okay? Oh, and if anybody wants a live model to paint, I've got just the man for the job. [ she's looking up past the camera now, reaching to shut it off as she does. ] Hey, Stiles-!

Then again, I suppose I ought not to expect much more from someone who chooses to fraternise with the likes of Mr. Stilinski.

At least it's just one iffy person on a list of ..a lot.

[Severus doesn't actually know who this Boogeyman person is, and so can't actually comment on whether the person is 'iffy' or not. Something he's clearly going to have to rectify, there.]

I'll allow it, on the proviso that you understand that, should this 'iffy' person you've allowed into your club bring any trouble to my school, you will be reprimanded with detention consistent with the severity of their trouble-making.

And speaking of Mr. Stilinski, I suggest you find for yourself a suitable candidate to fill in for Mr. Stilinski's post as live model for your art club in the event that he find himself indisposed on account of serving his own detention.

[ detentions were sort of voluntary anyway. sort of. almost. the whole school was, so. right. anyway. she's sure it'll be fine, either way. ]

I'll probably be scheduling these art sessions around our class schedules anyway, which includes potential detention time.

[There's a brief pause; he's scrolling through the list of Traveller's names on his bracelet to look for someone who may go by the name 'Boogeyman'.]

Does this 'Boogeyman' person go by another name?

[Scrolling through his bracelet, he finds Pitch Black.]

Right. [He'll be sussing this Pitch Black fellow out. He'll be sussing out everybody whose names will be on this list Miss Dare collates.]

[ so paranoid, damn. but fine, stalk all her new friends. she doesn't care! ]

[She can't see it, but there's an unimpressed purse of his lips at that.]
