[It's prudent to use voice and not video when you're not 100% on what you're dealing with. The War Doctor has found his way to the Heimdall lodgings, now it's time to play with the device.]

I suppose this is the point where I'm meant to ask where I am. And I doubt it's the first time you've heard that one. So good time of day to you Asguardians. By this point you probably have some welcome parties set up, so feel free to let them send their information to me on these devices. It would be prudent and helpful of course. I already know where I am, but it never hurts to hear a different point of view on it.

That or you could leave me to just wander around. Wouldn't be the first time. Or the last.

I guess it's obligatory to ask where the exit is? It's not stated on the map I was given. I don't really have time to be doing this in a place I'm not needed in.

[You can't see it but the War Doctor is staring. Staring forever, tea cup paused halfway to his mouth.]

And I should have guessed really. Is the fighting constant here?

[He's keeping video on because really, it's the most convenient.]

It depends. I've heard that there was fighting last month, but I was essentially out of town then. Though the past week or so has been seemingly nonstop combat.

[Oh Turlough, if only you knew what had gone on. Always bang on the money by saying he got into the most terrible of trouble. The War Doctor definitely hit the jackpot in the Time War in that sense.]

It's probably in the majority of peoples' interests to be out of town for a while by the sounds of things.

You would think, [said with a smirk and a little chuckle.] Unfortunately, we don't really choose when we can get out of town-we're stuck in Asgard most of the time.

[Don't ever change, Turlough.] A city that manages to lock it's residents in? That's different.

Well, they want us to fight a war. We can't do that if we're traipsing all around the worlds.

I'm sure with all the things they have in place so far, they could actually manage that. Still, a shame those who do not wish to be involved are forced to.

That would just make things easy, wouldn't it? [said with a chuckle.]

I don't think I got your name, by the way. I'm Turlough.

I think it's talk, at the moment, though we can meet in person, if you wish.

Things are fine for now, I have no doubt we'll cross paths at some point.

It's a small city, after all. And there are only so many of us.
