No. No. NO!
[The video is an absolute blur, but there is definitely destruction happening. The tinkle of broken glass, loud thumps and cracks that sound a lot like furniture being hit with blunt objects - anything you'd associate with a house being utterly totalled from the inside can be heard through the maelstrom.
Then it stills, and one red-faced, absolutely apoplectic Pyro is visible in the middle of his path of destruction.]
You assholes. You stupid fucking assholes. If you were so almighty, we wouldn't be any threat to you, would we? So why the hell take them away? Curse me. Make me think I'm Stryker, I don't care. Just bring them back, and do it now.
[It doesn't matter how many times he's told others that people come back. That's it's random. That they're better off. This is his fucking leader and second-in-command, two of the mutants he admires above all others, and they're both gone. If someone doesn't talk him down soon, he'll be paying off the damages on a burnt-down paid residence for the rest of his time in Asgard.]
((ooc: backtags are coming, but this huge of a drop had to be referenced. also, if any gods want to garnish his wages for the damage or anything, consequences are obviously expected for this.))

[Her tone carries a hint, an edge of concern to it, though it's clear she's not a fan of his coping mechanism. Of course, she's being a little hypocritical. The wrong disappearance, and she'd be trying to burn one of the shrines themselves down.]
Video
Who do you think's gone?
[He almost says 'Your secret's safe, at least,' but it's too important to use as snark. Especially on an open network.]
Video
Oh, it's your place. [She grunted and ran her hands through her hair.] If it's your place, just make it a fucking controlled burn. And yeah, ok, I can pretty much guess from your tone.
If you're not hurting anyone else, I don't see any reason to stop you venting.
Video
You are a piece of work. You know that? [Nearly affectionate words from him.]
Video
And yeah, I guess I am. [She smirked rogueishly.]
Video
[He glances around, his eyes hard.]
This is no New York, but I can get by on my own.
Video
Hmmm, you looked into Loki district? Not giving you too much advice, but it is cheaper over here. Kind of leaky, especially when the snows hit, but it'll do in a pinch.

[Practical matters aside, he's still fuming deep down, and it starts to bubble to the surface again.]
It's all random. People slip through the cracks. This is a pretty fucking big coincidence.

[She's right, though. He has to look at the bigger picture. He and Sam are working their way toward the same side, even if she'll always play her own game, and she might be his only chance now.]
Yeah. Yeah, I will.

[Always to the point. No false sympathy, no scolding. He feels a bit relieved as he signs off with her, but the anger is still there waiting to explode again.]
