soooo if any of you guys saw draco literally blow himself up on the network the other day.... he did, in fact, die :| and then he did, in fact, immediately lose his bracelet afterwards :|||||!!!!!!!! i think he took it off to work with some chemicals in his shop and then just never put it back on sooooo in case you dont know him! if anyone sees a boy who looks like this..... [ And Jade will simply attach an image that looks awfully like this, except drawn in green magic marker. ] ...he will probably be gray! point him my way, please i owe him the butt kicking of the century >:( anyway, in happier (??) news did anyone else get to see someone they were really missing here? i wish my friend could have stayed :'(

It probably has to do with their colossal egos. Or, at least that's what I'm banking on right now. Of course, his ego's part of what gets me all the time.

Oh, I don't mind you egging him on. For all that he's got the ego he does, and for all I know he could actually hurt someone if he got really pissed off, it's mostly just smoke and mirrors with him. He's more show and showmanship than a real killer... most days.

Well... even if he tried with me, I'm pretty sure I could hold my own. Also, death doesn't exactly stick here, does it? Hehehe. Eridan isn't really anything like I expected him to be.

He's ... mellowed a bit since he first got here. Not quite sure how to put it. He's still the same posturing oaf, but it feels like there's something about him that clings to this place, and that was definitely not the case before.

He bragged about something you guys discovered on your trip! Or.. something. I'm not entirely sure. He clammed up pretty fast.

Yeaaah, we found some nice stuff while we were out there, but it's all stuff we don't want Thiazi to hear about, so maybe you and I can chat about it later.

[She was going to kick that loud-mouth's ass later over this one. Of course, she knew this secret couldn't stay out in hiding forever. She just wanted to make sure the poison and weapon were completely ready before the gods found out. At least then, they'd know the parts were in place in case they were needed.

[ Her shoulders shake softly with laughter. ]

[She sighed and shook her head, laughing a little.]

He is really bad at that sometimes, isn't he?

You know, you do have a point. It's not like he's not at least trying to be a little subtle these days, and that takes work for the highbloods apparently.

Troll culture is still really, really weird to me.

It doesn't make sense to me half the time, and his explanations only really all add up about half the time. Sollux used to get on my case for trying to figure them out before I got sick of it. I don't think a lot of them like other cultures being too interested in them.

.. have you heard from Sollux lately?

The grand gold-blooded idiot and I stopped about a month and change ago. Apparently, he thinks I'm a know-it-all with too much interest in his culture, and too much involvement with his species. He finally hit enough of a nerve that I told him to piss off. Haven't been keeping up with him since.

Yeah. It's been a while since I've spoken with him, too. Hehehe.. talk about stuff changing fast here, right?

Sometimes, Jade, I'm not entirely sure how any of us can keep up with it all. This place gets pretty much filled with all kinds of random crap and drama. And then, it just goes quiet for a week or two. Drive ya nuts.

Better than it going at full speed the whole time, I guess.

That really would drive us nuts.

It'd be just as likely to drop us with exhaustion, but yea. That'd be a lot to really deal with. We can only take so much at a time.
