[Hello, Asgard. The entire city is treated to this lovely smiling visage.]

Hey there, Asgard. So, after a lot of thought, I've come to realize I really need to get a job. Preferably not at a pet store.
[Sorry, Scott, but if he had to work around Isaac and Derek, it was likely there'd be some sort of war involving projectile puppies or kittens. No one wanted that, man. No one.]
A man needs to be able to buy the finer things in life. Maybe some of the not so fine things as well. I don't know what the job market's like out here, but Stiles needs some dough.
[He needed to be able to impress, not that it had ever helped him before.]
Is there a sign up place? A help wanted section? A newspaper? Ye olde job market? Come on, help a guy out. I shouldn't have to state the obvious, but heavy lifting isn't my strong suit. Neither is anything involving having to move. Or do things that require effort.
[Okay, so it wasn't that bad, but he wanted to make sure his potential employer had lowered expectations. He might need to slack off to help a certain best friend out and if no one expected anything from him, that gave him a lot of leeway.]
So, any takers?

[He wasn't sure if that was a brilliant idea or a terrible one.]

[Apparently something amused Finnick, because his smile widens a little bit more.]
So Stiles. How do you feel about kids?
no subject
I think they at some point in time could eventually grow up to be semi-decent people. Unless they're related to Jackson or Derek. Then they're automatically put in the 'likely to be a dick' category. Why?

[Stiles would prefer not to have to deal with kids unless he absolutely had to. Scott was the one who fell for things with big eyes like puppies and kids. Stiles just wanted to play his games and read his comics.]
no subject
Just behave and you'll be fine. You seem like a good kid anyway.
no subject
You know you're not that much older than me, right? I may look scrawny but I'm not ten.
[Finnick, stop being so... old.]

[That made all the difference, Finnick. All of it.]

[Have a bit of a grumpy look, Finnick. Derek was about that age and he didn't think even he'd referred to them as kids. Hell, he and Scott were the ones to point out they were kids more often than the adults they dealt with.]
no subject
[He looks Stiles over for a second and shakes his head as if banishing a thought from his head.]
You don't have to pout, I still think you're cute either way. Adult or no.

[Figures that the first person to give him a compliment was a guy that hung out with Scott and had drunk times who'd made allusions towards other kinds of 'guy times'. Maybe he was attractive to gay guys?]
no subject
[He chuckles.]
You are fun to tease. I'm going to have a lot of fun getting to know you.
no subject
Ha, ha. Yeah. Great. Woo. Teasing.
[Hear that? It's not enthusiasm, Finnick.]
no subject
[He shook his head and then smiled gently to the other.]
no subject
[He's got his eye on you, Finnick.]
no subject
[You see that smile, it's the smile of an angel Stiles.]
no subject
Yes.
[If it looked harmless, chances were it wasn't.]

I'm here to relax from my world, I doubt you or anyone else has anything to worry about.
