[Castiel is all business, as usual, in turning on the feed; he's broadcasting from his nice home in Freyr district, not actually at work at the moment, and he has his serious face on not that that's different from usual. His voice is even and clinical, but to those that know him well he sounds a bit more subdued than usual, lacking the normal underlying enthusiasm for the subjects he's about to discuss.]

When I was here before, I was working on a compilation of powers and detailed information on abilities, limitations, and uses for each of them at their different levels of strength. It is now outdated, but I would like to improve upon on it.

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has more information, even on entries that already contain details, and particularly on those that don't.

I am also interested in distribution of individuals among the houses. When I was here the first time, particularly in the first few days, Heimdall house vastly outmatched the others in terms of numbers. I am curious as to if that has changed, and how the balance stands now.

[So feel free to chime in with houses if you desire to share; he's curious, and collecting and analyzing the information will give him something to do. The public part of the feed ends there, as he switches to a private filter.]

What level is you ability at?

Third tier, and I've been using exceptionally regular ingestion of potions to get a feel for limits, along with extensive experimentation. The demands on my time and stamina have been ... impressive at times.

I believe you are the only individual I have ever spoken to with a third level ability in Freyr house.

[Third level users are rare in general, and Freyr seems to be an unusual house.]

What limits have you discovered?

Pity. It's exceptionally useful. When it was at the first tier, everything had to be the same size, and I could not create living creatures. Simple things, ones I could see all the parts. Water bottles were common creations, as were towels.

Beyond that, animals were possible and complicated creations. Simpler things I could make with small doodles. The more control I gained, the more that the smaller doodles could achieve greater complexity. Currently, I can craft unnatural creatures, but they cannot be gifted supernatural powers such as flaming breath. But, natural faculties are possible, and so long as the technology seems to be close to what works in this city, I can craft any sort of non-empowered material or piece with working, unseen parts.

The more complex, the more stamina. However... I have been using it constantly. I do not know what one who uses it less would feel in terms of stamina.

That is indeed incredibly useful.

[He can see so many practical applications for such a power, particularly during a battle, when supplies are often needed on short notice.]

The information is appreciated. Stamina seems to increase to some degree with practice, but there is still a limit.

If you wish, I will demonstrate to you the upper limits of my construction abilities. I have not fashioned one for today, after all. Even with potions there are obvious limits, and I'm not quite certain that most who would reach my level have the same scale of stamina themselves.

For a demonstration like this, Freyr house or your house, in the common room, should be amply sufficient. I would prefer to keep it from my own home at the moment.

[Equius is not very far behind. He has a stamina potion with him when he arrives. It seemed best if he was testing the limits of his ability to create that it would be proper to have the little boost. When he saw Castiel, he approached and nodded.

There was a definite odor of sweat to this one, despite the towel in one hand.]

Excellent. We can begin then. I can show you a construction of my fashioning, or you can make a request. The size and scale of my creations is limited to about the size of a pony.

[Castiel nods in greeting, unbothered by other's state; he's used to being around the Winchesters. He takes a moment to think about the offer, trying to decide if there's anything he and his friends need or could use.]

Can you make a working gun?

[He nods and pulls out a sheet of paper, beginning to doodle a crude pistol. He still does not care to put effort, save in serious and major projects, into making beautiful drawings. The creation that rises up from the paper, however, is a good old fashioned generic revolver, not unlike a colt 45.]

I have been in production of larger articles, and I believe that, should one of lower grade than myself be willing to expend the time and energy they should be able to produce at least something of this nature.

However, once surpassing something of the rough equivalent of a non-space faring earth's capacities, the production always seems to falter. Robotics cannot be produced beyond a certain grade.

The demonstration is appreciated. I presume technological complexity is limited to that of the host dimension.

Yes. If by dimension you are referring to this world. Anything technological is limited to what the city seems to have accessible here.
