[Castiel is all business, as usual, in turning on the feed; he's broadcasting from his nice home in Freyr district, not actually at work at the moment, and he has his serious face on ~~not that that's different from usual.~~ His voice is even and clinical, but to those that know him well he sounds a bit more subdued than usual, lacking the normal underlying enthusiasm for the subjects he's about to discuss.]

When I was here before, I was working on a compilation of powers and detailed information on abilities, limitations, and uses for each of them at their different levels of strength. It is now outdated, but I would like to improve upon on it.

[There is an attached file, powers.txt, available for opening or download for those who want to view it.]

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has more information, even on entries that already contain details, and particularly on those that don't.

I am also interested in distribution of individuals among the houses. When I was here the first time, particularly in the first few days, Heimdall house vastly outmatched the others in terms of numbers. I am curious as to if that has changed, and how the balance stands now.

[So feel free to chime in with houses if you desire to share; he's curious, and collecting and analyzing the information will give him something to do. The public part of the feed ends there, as he switches to a private filter.]

This is a very nice list. You have heard about more of the powers than I have been able to see in action.

I may be able to offer some help. I notice your Drawing Life section is completely blank.
At level one the things you can make real come off the page at the size they were drawn as. The drawings also have to be very simple. A watch, unless you draw out each gear and spring to build it yourself once all of the pieces have been made real, will become nothing but a paperweight that looks like a watch. The inner mechanism will not appear on its own.
But at level two it does not matter what scale you draw something on or how complex the interior workings are. The object will come off the page at the size you want it to be and complex objects will be fully functional.

That's pretty useful, I didn't know anybody'd been putting that sort of thing together-- I mean, I probably should've assumed they would be, but still. Good thing to have. [Especially for someone who's been avoiding trying his own power out.]

Far as numbers go? I'm in Hel's house and that's seemed quietish to me, but then it's not like I've spent a whole lot of time people-watching in here. Sort of feel like I should've been taking a proper survey or something, now.

I was here for a long time, so I had opportunity to observe many powers firsthand, particularly during the battles.

That is helpful. That isn't an ability many seem to have; I presume it is the one you possess?

There are a few guides that exist, to this place in general as well as to the gods, and this one on the powers.

Hel has rarely had many members, as far as I am aware. How long have you been here?

I am sorry you had to gain that knowledge in such a terrible way.

It is. So, I did come across that knowledge from first hand experience while experimenting with that power. It does seem to be one of the rarer ones. Most I have spoken to seem to have that energy lending power.

It's alright. This place is more peaceful than my home.

[He isn't sorry to be here, at all, though he appreciates the condolences.]

Individuals from Freyr's house seem to be rare overall. Energy Lending seems more common than Damage Drain, and as I believe Heimdall is still the most populated house, it is little surprise that you would meet many of the former.

How long have you been here? If your ability is at level two, it has been at least a few months, correct?

Not very. I'm still sort of acclimating, I think it's been... a couple weeks, maybe? Kind of a lot to get used to all at once.

What about you? If you've gathered that much I'd guess it's been a bit, yeah?

It has been more peaceful here than my home as well, more generally accepting too. The people are very friendly.

Time flows a bit differently here than at home... but for a rough guess I would say I have been here for about six months.

Do you know how the levels work? How do you go up a level?

An excelltn idea, human. However, you seem to be almost painfully lacking in the information regarding the powers of House Freyr. I have extensive experience with the powers of alchemization, and can clarify it thoroughly.

even at level three, growth powers require at least wood! but it doesnt have to be living wood ummm, do you still need information on flight? my roommate has that power i could direct him here!

Has anyone ever asked the gods how their powers work? I mean, it seems like they're around enough, someone's gotta get the chance to grab onto one and shake a few answers out!

I have seen it demonstrated only briefly at level one, so any information you have on it would be appreciated even if it is just at the lowest power.

I can only move my own, and only if there's a shadow. No shadow-bending at high noon for me.

I can twist the shape a bit if I concentrate, and sometimes I can lift it, but I'm not making swords yet. Probably could after a while, though.

[Oh, he knows that voice; he hasn't contacted Dean since he arrived, unsure if it was for the best or not to do so, but that issue is somewhat moot now.]

We aren't certain. It seems to be based primarily on time, not on use of the power, however.

If your friend is willing to provide information, it would indeed be useful.

When I initially wrote this list, the gods were not as talkative as they seem to be now. Asking might be of use, though information from the individuals actually using the powers is more so.

No; I have yet to meet anyone with that ability at that level.

Mm. Can't really help you there, I'm still not sure how t'use it at it's basic level.

About the houses though... D'ymean how many of everyone is in each? Was it really Heimdall before?

I have been here since the first day that travelers arrived, though I was gone for a month and a half recently. I believe I have been here just under eight months in total.

It is much to become accustomed to, yes.

So the longer you're here the better you get with the ability you're given. That's a rip off, it should be hours put in trying to master the damn thing not the other way around.
