( lately, nearly everything Natasha has been doing on the network has been anonymous. this post is no different. there is a number of things she means to follow up on, without necessarily revealing herself to the world. given her .. recent acquisition of a job, it seemed best to keep a low profile as Natasha. anonymously, she could be whoever she wished to be; though it seemed lately it had been rather crowded in anon-land. ).

Are we any closer to finding our recent murder culprit? I can't help but wonder...

( that and arrogance might force the actual culprit into the spotlight, for a few moments. events after the crime had forced it into the background, but .. the means of the murder was rather unsettling. this was someone who enjoyed it. there wasn't any reason to kill the townspeople, they weren't hostile.

they would likely kill again. )

It seems to me like this is something we ought to care more about.

I did not say that; you are quick to make assumptions. I have done my own searching and gathered enough evidence to form my own opinion; I'd like to hear yours. But if you'd rather not give it, I understand.

( What luck, Natasha is a Telepath. At the very least, this person has been a little useful. )

It will be interesting to see what happens now that you've readdressed the issue. But many Travelers are quick to forget, and many don't pay attention.

[Not that he would know that Telepathy is her gift, but it seems like the most obvious solution to find someone who's hiding. He won't offer his Telepathy just yet either, even if he can hear others thoughts throughout the whole city now if he tried.]

More will die. And then what?

( Her telepathy was a little too weak to be of use .. but if she worked at it .. Perhaps she could train it to be a little more useful. )

Then more Travelers will panic or blame the gods as a scapegoat in some way. And then there are still the ones that will overlook it and continue on with whatever normal life they've created here.

The more people die, the harder it will be to ignore this person. I'm not buying the excuse that people will go about their lives.

You underestimate how idiotic people can be and what they choose to ignore.

But I will be watching, and I will offer to help if it becomes worse or directly impacts my life.

I am not a detective, however. I can only help with physically catching the person.

You are not a detective, neither am I. I am also not a police officer or a judge.

But it's in my best interest if this person does not run around for much longer.
