That I might have found a wormhole to another world... or dimension? Something along those lines. It's not an actual wormhole, mind you, that's just a way to describe how it's this... link between two worlds and is very difficult for people to discover.

I most certainly wouldn't call it implausible seeing how Asgard proves there are a variety of universes at our fingertips.

Well, it's just some of the things in the looking glass that occurred.... well... how much do you know of chess?

I'm fairly skilled at it. What does chess have to do with a looking glass?

Because the Looking Glass is set up like a giant chess board ruled by the red and white kings and queens. I was with the white queen as a pawn and reached the other side. [And if Draco knew chess as he said, he'd understand that a pawn could become a queen.]

Oh! But if you're fairly skilled, would you like to play a game with me?

[...so this...little girl...is a queen. He's not entirely sure how he feels about the entire gravity of that statement.] ...ah. I see.

[Nevertheless...] Perhaps we should just to see how well you can play.

I know how well I can play. [She's confident in her chess skills. She smiles, pleased at her response.]

Draco what are you talking about she's seven. Don't make it your life goal to outwit a seven year old.]

I'll tell you what. Whoever finds a chess board first can set up a game and we'll have a match. I'll even be generous and try to go a bit easy on you. [Draco please remember that not every single chess game is like wizard's chess.]

Then I've already won, at least in that regard. I own a chess set of my own.

Well, you can go easy on me, if you like, but I'm afraid I simply can't promise the same for you, Mr. Draco. [Also, Draco, this girl is seven and playing chess, that is not typical of a seven year old.]

[It was typical for him because Lucius wanted him to be smarter and better than everyone else. Draco, unfortunately, doesn't really get how children work.

Since you're so confident, I suppose I can clear some time in my schedule today. You are allowed to wander the city by yourself, aren't you?

Well, I've not a guardian of any sort so yes, I am, sir. [Alice said it easily, but it was actually a rather sad statement since she was all of seven.] I take care of myself, mostly.

Are you familiar with the location of our apothecary? The one Euri and I own. It's over in Baldr.

Um, no sir, I can't say that I am. I've not ever bothered to visit it.

[wasthemaster]

Shame on you. [But the tone is a joking one, and he'll go ahead and give her the exact address because I don't actually have one specified.] It's just there.

Well, I've not much need for potions and such, sir. [She looks at the address and nods.] I'll try and be there soon. [Hopefully she shan't get lost.]

[ooc: I'm fine with either doing action or just handwaving the game! Considering who Alice is she's probably actually more skilled than Draco in chess since headcanonly he plays but it's not his expertise like it is Ron's so she would probably win despite it being a close match. How's that sound?]
