I don't recall being here, yet this device claims I was here for several months. Should anyone see this, speak. I'm in need of answers.

You were here before. I'm not sure what happened for you to lose your memories, though. This guide you have found, does it explain where you are, why you were brought here, and about the power you have been given?

I don't. I believe not even the gods would be able to answer that; many people come and go. Though, if you address to the network, perhaps you will have good leads.

This war. It is at some lull? The city hardly looks under siege or attack.

At the moment, yes. There was fighting before, but a god sacrificed himself in order to stop the attacks and win for now.

How long until the next battle, or is that not revealed?

I'm sorry, I don't know much about this war since I don't care for it.

If you don't wish to fight it, you don't have to.

Do you simply sit around?

I work. And get to know others.

I think it's a lot already. Because to actually know someone, you need to go past those limits that are their superficial masks. Something like that takes time and it may be difficult, because knowing someone may not be the same as understanding someone.

It sounds almost like a waste of time, trying to understand people you probably will not be able to see again after all of this is over.

When someone you know departures, or when someone you know dies - do you find it a waste of time having known them?

It depends on who that person is and how well we actually know each other.
