A bit preoccupied I have been with trying to learn more about this place. Of course, I still have much to learn, what with the recent events that have transpired, but I'm sure it won't be of any hindrance of things that will come up in the near future.

But that's not why I'm making this. I feel this may be a little more personal, but with the way things are, does that really matter at this point?

"Resolve". That word has been stuck in my mind for quite some time. What exactly does your "resolve" involve? Is it one to be admired, or is it one that is grotesque and horrifying? I've been told that mine has been rather admirable, yet to others, it might seem reckless and rather terrifying. However, I achieved my "resolve" a while back, making me rather...content.

What would be the surefire ways of resisting something like Body Control, then? It already sounds like a very cumbersome ability to someone actually being controlled. Does it only take a strong will of mind, or strength?

Strong will, focused energy and experience helps the best, and like you said, it's much harder to resist. That's the case for most of the powers here, if I'm being honest.

...she's a friend. She's also the person whose body you might have seen in the video.

So I was right...but it won't exactly be easy breaking out of it. I'll keep that in mind, though. Too bad I don't have enough experience as I would like here.

I honest to god don't know. She cared that it happened, and she definitely had some harsh words for me, but ... she doesn't care about a lot of things that most people would.

I think her life's weird, like mine, but not in the same ways. It makes it hard to take things the way most people do.

No, she's human, but she's dealt with things that sound a lot like demons, so I definitely think that's part of it.

Nope. She doesn't actually need it. She's already pretty strong willed as it stands. I can't actually help a lot of the travelers. There's some who aren't that strong willed, but most of the people the gods bring here are strong enough.

Most days I'm helping out natives when I'm doing this, and it's not an everyday thing.

From the people I have met over my time here, they already do seem to possess a very strong will. But, like you said, some...don't seem fit in this world at all. But then again, who knows what their role could be here...?

Considering that we're bringing emotions and there's always support parts in a war, it's less surprising than you'd think. And yeah, aside from the shop, I try to offer lessons in resisting this power to them too.

A good offense means nothing if you don't have the defense to support yourselves. Hm.
