it shouldn't matter what god i'm with. i assume the learning curve remains largely the same. of course some will be completely different, but there must be a guideline

There are different type of powers, according to the House you were placed in. Sigyn travelers are given healing or plant growing abilities, while - for example - Thor travelers are given strength or speed abilities.

The learning curve will depend upon you. Because we are meant to bring color back to the city through emotions, our powers grow accordingly to how much you have contributed to that.
