Twelfth Catch -Video-

[The video comes on, and Finnick is reclining back on the couch, feet on the coffee table with a large bowl filled with sugar cubes in his lap. His finger fiddle with one of the cubes, rolling it back and forth between his thumb and pointer finger. A small grin spreads on his lips.]

I'm not that easy to get rid of. Did you think I was gone forever?

[He gives a cheeky little smile as he winks at the camera, popping a sugar cube into his mouth with a small crunch.]

So I guess there are lots of new people since I've been away, maybe someone would like to teach me how to cook? Can't let the girls do it all the time after all.

[He holds up a sugar cube, and closes one eye as if appraising the sugar cube before he tosses it in his mouth.]

So who is still here, and who went home? Anything interesting? Let me know. I'm always up for making new friends and trading information.

[ she sighs and looks down at herself. they took her coloring and her scales away from her ]

I will let everyone else dislike the gods. I don't like all the fighting, but everything else is bearable.

[When she asked about the grey, he just shrugs and smiles.]

It's grey. I don't really remember much at all. But, I don't think it's a bad thing.

They changed me. They have no right to do that.

[ she's not nearly as angry about it now as she once was, back when she'd first woken up like this. a lot of that anger is gone now. now, she's just upset about the whole thing. getting used to it, but still upset ]

Really? How can it not be a bad thing?

Well I consider torture a bad thing. Not remembering, and coming back just a little fuzzy on everything is better than nothing.

Right?

[He gives her a small smile.]

A beautiful lady like you shouldn't be wearing such a frown. It'll give you wrinkles.

[He's teasing her of course.]

Of course torture is a bad thing. But so is pretty much losing all sense of yourself.

[ huff huff ]

Someone like me doesn't need to worry about wrinkles.

[ she does, however, smile again ]

[He leans forward and winks at her over the feed.]
