[Well, Diva's morning has been interesting. Coming back from the dead into a monochromatic castle was definitely not one of the things that she wanted to experience. Nor was trying to figure out what the hell this bracelet was supposed to do, but she manages. Somehow.]

[Unfortunately, it's at a rather inopportune time. The video is showing a rather odd angle, but it rotates on the wearer's wrist to show one of the locals lying on the ground.]

Oh? It turned on?

[The video shows a young woman's face instead, with a dribble of blood coming from the corner of her mouth.]

That's how this is supposed to work? That's stupid. [She frowns in annoyance, but then looks thoughtful instead] Ah~ Actually, maybe I can ask! The people here, they're disgusting. They don't taste right at all.

[sigh! her life is so difficult, can't you see.] Hey, are there any normal humans here? I need to get something to eat, but these aren't worth anything at all.

[She looks off screen, and there's a dull thud, like she just kicked the person laying on the ground. But with that, she gives the "camera" an absolutely brilliant smile, then it cuts out.]

[Yeah. That's pretty creepy.] I don't think any of us here want to die either. So it'd be great if you could hold off from doing that.

Ah, it's sweet of you to be so polite, but I really can't! You can't just stop eating, right? I can't either.

[Her smile widens, and she touches her fingers to her lips lightly.] Well, I don't know of any. Do you?

Animals? That's always an option. I'm sure there are stores around here you can pick up the meat from.

Ah, that doesn't work, though. It has to be human blood!

[cheerfully,] It's food. Well, for me anyways. If it were food for everyone, it would be easy!

So you drink human blood..? Never encountered anyone with a diet like that before. Guess you could ask people to donate. As long as you don't take enough to kill them.

Well, that's because I'm not human. [She shrugs, but her head tilts at his suggestion] Donations? Well... I guess I could do that, but that might be hard.

You aren't? Then what are you? Because you look pretty human to me.

If you start killing people, no one will want to give you blood.

A Chiropteran. Not many people know what that is, though. Most people that don't know about us like to call us vampires, so I guess that's close enough.

[She brushes hair out of her face] So it doesn't matter if they want to or not. I'll get what I want, of course.

Vampire? I think I've heard of those. Had no idea they could be so pretty, though.

You're gonna run into a lot of trouble that way.

[Her smile suddenly becomes warmer at the compliment, though she doesn't really comment on it]

I guess I probably will. But I like trouble. I'm drawn to it, I guess.

It's your decision in the end. I just hope you don't end up getting hurt or worse.

That won't happen. [She's very much sure of this herself, even though she knows that most of her innate abilities are gone.] But thank you for worrying! That's really nice of you.

I hope you are right. [Fff. She seems so nice, though. He can't see how she'd ever kill anyone.]

Names Gippal, by the way. Mind if I ask your name?

Diva. It's a pleasure to meet you, Gippal. [She bows her head to the camera politely] I'm always glad to meet new people! I mean, I don't even have anyone here saying that I have to stay inside or whatever. It's nice.

Pleased to meet you too, Diva. I'm glad to meet new people too.

People in your world wouldn't let you go out?

[She frowns a little bit, though it's at his phrasing more than anything] Well, it's not really that they wouldn't let me go out. Amshel just wanted to take care of me, so I just couldn't go out whenever I wanted.

Ah. Well that's not such a bad thing. He must have cared about you a lot to want to take care of you to that extent, though.

Of course. Amshel loved me more than anything in the world. I was his most precious thing. [She smiles] He was my first knight, after all. My Chevalier all love me.

If you are always this pleasant, than I can see why. [Well if he ignores the possibly murdering people by drinking their blood thing.]

Were they all Chiropteran like you?

[She shakes her head] Oh, no. They were human to begin with, but they wanted to become like me. They gave up their humanity so that they could be with me forever.

That's some level of devotion those people have for you. [There is probably only one girl he could do something like that for.]

So you are alright with humans? I don't have to worry about you killing me when I am near you, right?
