[Well, Diva's morning has been interesting. Coming back from the dead into a monochromatic castle was definitely not one of the things that she wanted to experience. Nor was trying to figure out what the hell this bracelet was supposed to do, but she manages. Somehow.]

[Unfortunately, it's at a rather inopportune time. The video is showing a rather odd angle, but it rotates on the wearer's wrist to show one of the locals lying on the ground.]

Oh? It turned on?

[The video shows a young woman's face instead, with a dribble of blood coming from the corner of her mouth.]

That's how this is supposed to work? That's stupid. [She frowns in annoyance, but then looks thoughtful instead] Ah~ Actually, maybe I can ask! The people here, they're disgusting. They don't taste right at all.

[sigh! her life is so difficult, can't you see.] Hey, are there any normal humans here? I need to get something to eat, but these aren't worth anything at all.

[She looks off screen, and there's a dull thud, like she just kicked the person laying on the ground. But with that, she gives the "camera" an absolutely brilliant smile, then it cuts out.]

It makes sense to me. It's new and weird, but I'm hungry first. [shrug] Besides, that's a pretty easy problem to fix.

I don't think everyone will particularly appreciate you eating people, though. It's not as if you're trying to eat broccoli or something like that.

Well of course they don't appreciate it, but like I said, I need to eat! You eat broccoli, I drink blood. I don't know why humans don't get that. It's pretty simple.

[entreats]

... If you'd ask me, I think 'humans don't get that' since you're too busy eating them.

[madamemoiselle]

No, no, that's silly! I can't eat all humans. That's impossible. [She smiles like there is absolutely nothing wrong with this logic]

[entreats]

[ Maybe she should just go along with it for now, pretend as if there's nothing weird about it even though everything is just to get more information. ]

And why can't you, then?

[madamemoiselle]

Because I'm not human. I'm a Chiropteran, a... Well, humans call of vampires, but we're a little more complicated than that. But you can think of it that way if you want? I guess it's the easiest.

[entreats]

Sure, let's just say it's a kind of vampire and treat it like it's something normal. So these "gods" are even dragging that kind of people into this place?

[madamemoiselle]

Well, clearly. I'm here, aren't I?

[entreats]

Give me just a moment to be surprised once again about just how low their apparent standards are.

[madamemoiselle]

[Huff] How rude! I could say the same thing of you disgusting humans, but I haven't!

[entreats]

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure that humans would find anyone who feeds on them weird. It's a pretty natural thing.

[madamemoiselle]

I mean, it makes sense, but it's kind of hypocritical, right?

[entreats]

Depends on what exactly you'd call hypocritical. In the sense that humans feed on plenty of animals too?

[madamemoiselle]

Of course. You're just upset because the animals I feed on, they just talk too much.

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if a cow hated me for eating it. It's only natural, after all. So I think it's perfectly reasonable to think the same about something that would eat me.
