[Well, Diva's morning has been interesting. Coming back from the dead into a monochromatic castle was definitely not one of the things that she wanted to experience. Nor was trying to figure out what the hell this bracelet was supposed to do, but she manages. Somehow.]

[Unfortunately, it's at a rather inopportune time. The video is showing a rather odd angle, but it rotates on the wearer's wrist to show one of the locals lying on the ground.]

Oh? It turned on?

[The video shows a young woman's face instead, with a dribble of blood coming from the corner of her mouth.]

That's how this is supposed to work? That's stupid. [She frowns in annoyance, but then looks thoughtful instead] Ah~ Actually, maybe I can ask! The people here, they're disgusting. They don't taste right at all.

[sigh! her life is so difficult, can't you see.] Hey, are there any normal humans here? I need to get something to eat, but these aren't worth anything at all.

[She looks off screen, and there's a dull thud, like she just kicked the person laying on the ground. But with that, she gives the "camera" an absolutely brilliant smile, then it cuts out.]

You don't need to yell. How rude. [She huffs for emphasis]

But you know, I don't really care if they're people or not. Food is food.

Food... [She said that before, didn't she? She eats people? Nakama is too shocked and horrified to worry about being polite.]

What - what are you?

Jeez, you really are a rude girl, you know?

[Her head tilts again, though this time she's studying her reaction] I'm a Chiropteran. But you probably haven't heard of that before. Hmm~ [She grins, showing off her fangs] Oh, I know. I'm a vampire, that's what you call us, isn't it?

You... a vampire - ?

[So many things have become real here. Magic, superpowers, space travel, trolls - but she never would have expected this.]

There must be another way. You can't - people aren't just food. They have loved ones, and friends, and people who care about them. You can't just kill them.

[madamemoiselle]

[Simply,] I don't care. I mean, if you insist, I could find all of those people and kill them too. But then that's just messy. I'd have to kill everyone eventually, wouldn't I?

Ah~ And besides that, it would get boring. I mean, that one was boring. It didn't even scream or do anything at all.

You don't - you don't understand at all. [Her voice beginning to choke up.] Lives have meaning. It's wrong to just end them like that.

[madamemoiselle]

Well, you say that, but doesn't that mean it's wrong to end any life? I mean, you eat animals to live and stuff, right? I just eat something different.

[But she almost smirks] You're just upset because I eat you. That's all.

[whatagoodgirl]

[She scowls.] You know there's a difference between an animal and a person. You're just trying to make me feel guilty. I know there must be a way that you can live without - without killing people.

[madamemoiselle]

Oh? Then maybe I should be more clear. I like killing people. The taste, that's nice, but killing them, that's really the best part.

Maybe there is another way, you're right! But that just wouldn't be fun at all.

[whatagoodgirl]

[Her fury is slowly building again, but she doesn't explode this time, just trembles uncontrollably.]

People won't just sit back and allow that here. We've all been brought here, and we all have to live together. No one will let a - a murderer run around.

[madamemoiselle]

[She just laughs, like it's the funniest joke she's ever heard]

Really? And what will you all do? Lock me up? Kill me? That's really funny!

[whatagoodgirl]

[That laugh gives her the chills. This woman is beyond even Kodama - she's really insane. What can Nakama do alone? Nothing. But she tries to look strong, even as she starts to shake even worse.]

I-It's not funny! You can't just run around k-killing whoever you like! I don't know how, but we-we'll stop you!

[madamemoiselle]

[She tilts her head lightly] Then I'll really look forward to that! I love playing hide and seek.

I won't let you endanger everyone here. I won't.

[And she signs off, too furious to speak any longer. Who can she tell about this woman? Cloud? Yuri? She has to find someone.]
