[ the feed turns on to Hilda muttering to herself and holding her head in one hand. she seems to be in some kind of pain - enough to momentarily distract her from the fact that she's recording. but once she brings her gaze back to the screen, she manages a smile. ] Hey, everyone. Miss me?

I guess I kind of dropped off the face of the earth for a little while there. Sorry. [ a chuckle. ] I've never lost my bracelet up until now, so this is kind of new to me. If anyone has a remedy for a splitting headache, could you let me know? My healing's kinda weak right now.

Oh! [ she's remembered something, and it's enough to make her perk up! ] About Poketopia... We've sort of lost some of our workers over the past few weeks. That means we're a little short-staffed, and we could reeeeeally use some more help! We'll be holding a sale in the next few days, so you should come and check us out if you're interested in getting a job at a cafe! You won't regret it, promise.

[of course he's going to hurry, he hasn't seen her all this time and he needs to be reassured she's alright now.

so, he opens the door, sure someone else might be here too but-] I'm back.

[ and despite the headache, she's tried her best to make her way downstairs with the help of the railing. she manages to make it all the way down when he enters, and she's able to greet him with a tired smile. ]

[ she looks exhausted, but colourful. ]

[ hilda if you stumble, just know he'll be there faster than a purrloin with a herdier at its heels.

the Trainer stares at her for a moment, taking in her exhausted appearance, before approaching with a hand extended out for her to take. that's so he can gently pull her close into a hug when the distance between them disappears.] Hey.

[he turns his head to bury his face in the space between her neck and shoulder. ensuring himself that she's here in his hold, all right and still remembering.] Want me to make something for your headache?

[ she should be okay for the time being! she's putting staying up straight as a priority, at least until he pulls her into that hug. it's easy for her to relax into his hold, letting out an exhale of relief. ] Hi.

[ she can't help but smile when he does that. ] I definitely wouldn't mind that.

[ He nods, quiet, before he pulls back to smile at her. ] Alright, let's head to the kitchen then.

[ of course he doesn't release his hold on her, he at least keeps their hands linked. ]

[ arceus bless you, touya. she nods, giving his hand a little squeeze as they move into the kitchen. she's feeling more at ease now that he's here, and she doesn't doubt that she's in good hands with him. ]

[ he leads her to a seat at the counter, gently releasing his hold before getting to work on heating up some water.

in the meantime, he tilts his head a little thoughtfully. ] There's less Trainers now. Red was by himself at the house so I invited him to stay here with us. [a glance at her, he knows she'll be fine with it but.. best to check in.]

[ she takes that seat, getting as comfortable as possible. ] I heard. I'm glad you did that - it'd be stupid for him and Pikachu to have that whole place to themselves, right?

[ she's smiling, of course! she likes having Red around, so this will definitely be cool. ]

Right. Plus, he shouldn't have to live by himself. And we have a lot of room here so Pikachu and Chaizard can make themselves comfortable.

[ they are such good kouhai. meanwhile he's made some refreshing tea, which he's bringing it over to hilda. it might taste very similar to something mom would make. ]

Right. I hope they've been settling in okay...

[ ah, and it does. she smiles almost immediately after taking the first sip. ]

Reminds me of home.

It's just like the house next door so I'm sure there hasn't been any difficulty.

[ he smiles a little to her reaction, hoping it gets the effect he was going for. ] I'm glad.
