[ Hello, Asgard. It's been about two months since he really last used this. Doesn't say too much, does he? Not to mention he doesn't really speak unless spoken to. But since it seems as if everyone is going to be here a while longer, he might as well settle in. ]

Do I simply ask here whether or not anyone is hiring for a job? Until corrected I'll assume that. I am capable of secretarial and accounting skills, as well as in culinary arts. Hours do not matter too much as long as they're sensible.

I also have another question: aside from fighting in order to return to your own worlds sometime in the future, is there there anyone who actually cares about Asgard itself? About the gods? Are there people who would not mind staying here indefinitely? Would this place be better than your own world? Dying is not permanent, and one could make a comfortable living here, too. So would it matter to some people if they never went back?

Actually, asking on the bracelets is only really good for finding a job with another Traveller. If you walk into Citizen-owned businesses and ask, you've got a pretty good chance of finding what you want to do, particularly given the recent, um. Losses.

I don't really care about the gods or feel connected to Asgard itself. I have friends here, but everything I want to do and achieve and my most important person isn't here. So I know I definitely want to return to Tokyo, and that stops me from feeling like I belong here. But more than the gods or this world's survival, I care about the people in the Forensics Unit, the citizen members. It was just them and me at the start, and we kind of grew together -- I saw them all become the people they were meant to be, without the grey! And now they're gone. I mean, they're still here, but they've lost that part of themselves again. I want to see them come back.

Well, it depends. I do care about the people here in Asgard but...I know I can't stay here forever. I have something to do back home.

I can't help you with getting a job, I'm looking for one myself.
After seeing how much the gods want to defend this place, it's hard not to respect them.
But I've got people back home to return to and things to do back home.

..so for you, it is a matter of the people, and nothing tying to duty to Asgard or the gods.
