[When the video switches Ranka smiles slightly as she waves at the camera. Her smile is hopeful as she rests her head on her arm in front of the camera.]

I know it's been a while since I said anything, but it seems like this would be the best time to say something. After all, there has been a lot going on lately.

[Taking a deep breath she steadies herself.]

War is really hard. I'm sure more than enough people understand that even without the one going on here. It really does take a long time, and people-

[She pauses taking and shakes her head.]

A lot of people made sacrifices here. I think that they deserve something special to honor them for all the hard work they did.

Maybe we should pull together and think of something? A party? Something? I just think even if nothing really changed there were too many people out there being brave that we shouldn't ignore.

[Her cheeks color as he waves her hands in front of herself.]

It was just an idea, but something I think is very important!

I think a party would be an excellent idea.

I thought so too! It would be a way to cheer everyone up. I'm just not sure what type of party it should be or if anyone would come.

But, it's better to try than do nothing at all.

Perhaps a festival with entertainment and a feast. Or a ball.
