That's one thing I'll give the desert. No gutters for you to lose your magic talking jewelry in. The lack of ice helps too. Now let me ask you all, where's the best place to get a drink in this place? Wait, ignore that. I've tried Sky's Prize, but its a little too upscale for my taste. What's the worst place to get a drink in this place? A man's gotta find a place with a little atmosphere. Rustic. Dirty. The kind of place you don't feel safe going into without a few knives hidden away.

Ahh, that sounds like my kind of place as well, my friend! I am sad to say that I have had the very same experience with Sky's Prize.

I cannot say that I have found one with quite that description, but I did find a bar that I found acceptable in Thor's district. I found it be chance, so I cannot recall the name, but I can give good directions on how to get there.
