$2, TEXT.
So, I was thinking. [ Oh man, that's how like, all of the weirdest posts start off as, right? Good god, prepare yourself, Asgard. ]
I had a really successful concert a while ago. Which is cool, which is great! I mean, I was starting to question having a guitar that lacked an amp because the difference in the amount of noise you could make was... well, a real turn-off. Basically the more sounds that booms the better, right?
Well, I'm taking a poll, mostly because I'm conflicted — like all great musical geniuses. Something like that. No clue whatsoever how to make one of those fancy forms, so just answer the following, man:
- Is bigger better?
- Difference between needing/getting. Go.
And for the essential question (because it's like, the most important part):
- If a train full of art thieves leaves Thneedville at 9:51PM... from a recent raid of the local museum, would it be a real loss, at all, if they NEVER realized that a hoard of gold was hidden behind the ugliest painting there — one they didn't even look twice at?
Yes, I actually used my valuable time to come up with these questions. So... answer them? Please.
P.S Oh, look. I managed to type all of this with my gloves on. Ha!
PP.S Why are there people with colored text here? Can I get some of that?

The first question depends on what is being measured and who is doing the measuring, I think. For the second, they say sometimes you get what you need, but others you do not. What you get is something you cannot be denied, but what you need is something that you may still find yourself wanting, no matter how you try to obtain it.
As to the third question, that would depend on who the gold belonged to, I think.
And for the last, I do not know how to do very much with this device, I'm afraid.
Text
-'Getting' is something you want, 'needing' is something for your survival.
-A train is one of those big metal moving things, right?
[text]
- Needing is when you have to have something or you'll be sad. Getting something is when you have it!
- It's a real loss! They took something someone worked really hard on! I bet that person would be really upset. That's not okay.

Be more specific by needing and getting. Obviously we all need things, and the people who don't get them...maybe they just aren't trying hard enough.
No, it's not a big loss because they're the ones who were too idiotic and too careless to bother searching their perimeters.
Satisfactory answers?
text.
-bigger is not better, and sometimes it can be less efficient. if i'm looking at it from my point of view.
-needing is for survival, and getting is just going for it.
-did they resell the paintings? even the ugliest one with the stash of gold? because if they did they would be in a real sticky situation. because their sweet loot could have been so much sweeter.
and what about colored text? it's pretty cool. i've always typed like this.
