[ One day you will see this face on the network and it will not have a question attached. One day. In maybe a few years. It's Paige, there's questions
And this one's related to everything ]
Okay, so some people have said about getting things back from home. I'm hearing that. [ And seeing. Someone may have gotten a certain book back today, one that is currently sat on her bed. Which is bad. It's left the manor, which it shouldn't, unless someone (not her, this time) threw it out of a window again ] But has anything ever come here before? I mean, everything I'm hearing says the gods are jerks that don't exactly do nice things. This... is kind of nice? [ Except, of course, she's skeptical. Everyone else seems happy, so she's just dotting all the i's and crossing her t's? ]
And how much has come? I know there's been those otter things. [ It's a Samurott, Paige ] And other... stuff. Is anyone else concerned? [ Maybe? She's hoping a little that it's not just her and she's not all paranoid? ]

... I don't think this is exactly the same, though. [She doesn't sound like she's trying to be comforting - her face is furrowed with deep thought.] They've also made apologetic gestures before, with no catch, and since the city's been attacked twice... they might have finally figured out morale and how to help boost it.

Maybe. [ She doesn't sound so reassured on that, though. It was a nice thought, although Paige hadn't really seen enough - or anything, she'd only heard what had happened, to believe it ] I guess we'll find out soon.

[Unlike the previous time, Souko was given an actualy gift instead of a heartattack this time around. She is grateful, but...]
...however, their generousity can be both a positive, yet dangerous matter. They do not usually offer gifts without a price inbetween. My only suggestion on the matter is to be cautious of anything out of the ordinary. Such as the plants and animals, for example.

[Oh, how she remember meeting the stranger only to have her master treated him harshly, then she was attacked by a doubleganger of himself.]
Depending on the way one treated him, depended if they were given a gift or became a target instead.

This current event and the previous event hold certain similarities, but they are rather unique in their own way. I do not believe we are in any inmediate danger unlike the last event. From my current observations, it would seem as though harming the animals will leave a negative side effect, but it is not life threatening.
[Yet, she could not help begin to have a certain feeling to remain cautious because she did not entirely have faith in the good will of the Gods.]
Nevertheless, it would be best to remain vigilant than lower our guards. I do not fully understand the patrons of this world. However, I do not fully confide in them because they would do anything to gain different reactions from us. After all, their only interest in us is to bring color to their colorless world with our emotions while preparing for the great war that is to come.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust in them that much either. [ Not when they weren't the best conversationalists, or hadn't been to her. Maybe the lack of colour did something ] So this place was completely grey when people first came here?
