There's something I've been thinking about for a while now. I want to build an airship. I've been here a few months now, and it feels strange being stuck on one island for so long, especially an island as big as this one.

So, I was wondering if anyone had experience with building ships? Or just mechanics in general, and would know how to make some of the parts? I'm sure there are schematics in the library, though Vyse and Enrique would know that better than me. The main thing I'm worried about is what sort of fuel it would run on, since there don't seem to be any moonstones in Asgard.

Oh, right! Aoto said that the airships in his world were probably very different to the ones I'm thinking of, so I drew a picture of one!

If you help out, we might make you part of our crew! Vyse is the captain, before anyone tries to claim that one.

Vyse didn't mention him? [She looks a little surprised at that, but her eyes are still sad.] I mean, I shouldn't be surprised, really. I guess it still hurts for him, too. Drachma helped us out a lot, but ... the Armada blew the Little Jack out of the sky.

...Oh. [He downcast his eyes and sighs.] I'm so sorry Aika, I also apologize for what the Armada did to your friend. If there's anything I can do for you, please tell me.

What made it worse, is that was right as the Little Jack was in flames that I arrived here. One minute Drachma was pushing me and Fina out in a lifeboat, and then I just woke up in that castle.

My people have far worse damage than I seem to be aware of. [He sighs more.] Well, I'm glad both you and Fina survived.

Me too. Things could have been a lot worse, but still...

Aika, I'll continue helping you and Vyse fight against the Armada. Even if you do not remember our time together, they must be stopped.

If I may also ask, should I help you with the Admiral? Or rather, Vice Captain?

Oh, he's just being a meanie, as usual. I don't think we need an intervention, though if you want to come and tell him how brilliant my drawing is, that might make him shut up.

Considering the last time we spoke he pushed me into a wall, I might have to keep a safe distance with my words.

Good point. He's hiding behind text at the moment, though, so I think you're safe.

It is also my duty as prince to lead the people of Valua. Vice Captain Ramirez is technically a Valuan and also one of the country's future Admirals.

Instead of trying to be myself, I tried to be the same way my mother speaks to her subjects. But trying to make others listen to you through force even in a leadership position, that is not how it should be done. So I will speak with kindness and perhaps that may change his mind.

Well, good luck with that. I don't think he's going to change, not for anyone.

Every human being has the possibility to change and improve themselves, even him. I doubt a change of heart wouldn't be so out of reach.

That assumes he has a heart to change. [She's only half joking :c ]

Underneath that cold exterior is a good person or so I'm willing to believe. [He's a soft smile on his lips.] Fina told us about Ramirez and who he used to before he joined the Armada, I want to believe she's right that he can be the same person once again.
