hOW,
I mean.
Uhh.
That is, how do you tell someone that. You have romantic feelings towards them?
What would be, an ideal confession. Is what I am asking?

Lesson Number two. Don't do what I did. I tried to beat the hell out of someone. It won't work most of the time.
Lesson Number three. If you're this nervous to do this anonymously, work up your confidence first and stop worrying so much.
[That was the extent of good advice she had: Be confident, don't worry and please god don't do what I did.]

I think that, I am aware of those things. Except, for the third thing. Which, did not work for my last confession.

I set up the ideal moment. Romantic dinner, elegant location, just the two of us but it fell through and I ended up confessing in the heat of a moment. She was -- confused, since it was the first time I'd talked about my feelings with her so ... it was hard for her to take. I think it's better to hint of your feelings first, test to see if they're reciprocated before going further.
[anon text.]
This is the first time that I think. I have figured out my feelings towards someone, and I just hope that it doesn't go the way that it did, when other people confessed to me. Which was, awkward and unpleasant.

Telling someone you like them can be a pretty scary thing definitely.
But I think if you like them and you think they may like you too, you should just tell them. Of course, you also have to wait for the right moment, but it's not as complicated as it sounds!
[He's not very good with romantic advice, he tried though.]
