Good morning, Asgard. To the new entries of this period, my name is Hanako Ikezawa and I'm from Sigyn.

[ Hanako doesn't sound too cheerful, but she feels way better than the wreck she used to be a few days ago. Even so, it's still gratingly different than her previous post in which she even used the video feature, a rare occurence, courtesy of her great mood.

There's the light patting noise of rain hitting the window of her room. ]

After the happenings of over a week ago, I was thinking of replanting some trees and flowers in Gefion park. I could do it by myself with my powers, but if you'd like to contribute, please don't hesitate coming over. I'll be there tomorrow for the whole afternoon.

[ Pausing for a moment. ] To Euri-san, and everyone else who was interested... As for the Nightlight club's first meeting... I was thinking to set it the day after tomorrow, in the Tea Room at the Library, 3 PM at the earliest. I'm sorry for the stunning delay, but the recent happenings heavily influenced it. I hope the meeting will be culturally fruitful.

Y-yeah... It looks like a lot of people are coming in for their meal now. I probably should have remembered they get busy around now.

[ Silence... ] Well, I suppose we're done here now, aren't we?

Yes, I think so. I got one of the menus, so we can just call in a little later when they aren't so busy.

[She offers a paper menu to Hanako!]

Alright. Should we go back? [ Taking the paper and reading it over. ]

I suppose so!

[The list includes mostly western foods, although there are a few eastern options.]

[ She'll read it over as they walk their way back. Hmmmmm. ]

It has many western dishes, I don't recognize most of them...

They have a lot of things, like fried chicken or steak or other meats in sauces... things like that. And there's a lot of kinds of salads, too!

Interesting... I wouldn't know which food to pick, to be honest.

I remember liking the chicken a lot! The salad was very yummy, too.

Hm... which ones would be more fit to eat after working most of the day?

Umm... I think most of them should work? They're all very, um... h-hearty meals!

[It's obviously one of the words they taught her to use.]

Hearty, hm? Maybe something healthy like meat salad would be alright for everyone. [ It has meat... and salad... basically. Everyone would be happy. ]

That should work! They have Caesar salad and chicken salads on the menu.

That should be settled, then. We're going to order both of them.

Alright! I can put in the order later if you'd like.

Sure, there's time for that. [ PROBLEM SOLVED. ]

[She nods.]

Was there anything else you needed to get done today?

[ Thinking. ] Uhm, no... I think that's everything.

I was thinking of going to the library afterwards... What about you, Ikezawa-san?

Hm... I could accompany you, after all.

Ah... did you have books you wanted to look up, too? Then let's go together!

I've got a couple in mind, but I'll see when we get there.

[ Walking along with her! Such a fulfilling day. ]

I finally finished one of the magic books I was reading, so hopefully I can find another one to start on. They usually take me a long time to read, but... If I can understand them even just a little, I feel very satisfied.

That's a good goal you reached, Hibiki-san. If you keep at it, you're going to take less and less time learning.

That's what I'm hoping, too. If I can learn a lot, and start to use the rune magic here... It would be like a dream come true!
