[ Allison's sitting in her room in Freya house (the pink is ridiculous) where she's been since she got here, except to eat and everything, as she tried to absorb as much information as possible. That got to be a little overwhelming, though, especially while she was going through some of the network posts, so now she's here. ]

I was trying to find more information about the powers that we get when we're pulled here. [ It feels weird to say that; she's still trying to convince herself it's not some coma-induced dream. ] There's a lot of stuff to filter through, though, so if someone could just give me a basic rundown of them, I'd really appreciate it.

I can tell you my power if it makes a difference, but just a general explanation of them would work, too.

[ There's a few moments of hesitation before Allison nods slightly. ] Okay, yeah. May as well give it a shot, right? [ She smiles a little, though her nerves might be obvious. Flexing her fingers for a moment, she takes in a breath and then tries to focus on making her power work.

At first, nothing really seems to happen, at least as far as she can tell. But then, after a few moments, her power actually kicks into gear and she watches Yukari, waiting for some sign that it's working, that she's not just going insane. ]

[ Yukari closes her eyes and waits to feel that feeling. She's pretty sure she knows what it should feel like -- as warmth spreads through her body and she feels herself blushing, looking at Allison with softer eyes, somehow. It's too weak to do much more than that, but the effect is clear as she looks up.

She pushes it off as well as she can and then smiles more normally.]

Yeah--see, you got it, Allison.

[gymnast]

[ Allison waits until Yukari looks up at her again - until she sees the difference in her (despite how slight it is) - and then she lets up. It feels just as strange being the one to use the power as it does being the one it's used against, but at least she's got an idea of how to do it. ]

That's so weird. [ But she's laughing as she says it because she did it. ]

It really is-- but it kinda works well. On enemies, too -- it just stops 'em in their tracks, even if they're not people.

[gymnast]

I'll definitely have to keep that in mind, then. And practice as much as I possibly can.

Sounds like a plan, Allison. Tell me how it goes, okay? And how you settle in around here. We gotta stick together in Freya House, right...?

Yeah, totally. Thanks again, Yukari; I owe you one. [ Allison gives her a smile and then turns to head back up to her room. ]
