[Thankfully Annie's awaken back in her own body. She's still very much unnerved by the experience of being trapped in a man's body for a days on end. It's truly not an experience she wants to remember.

She hadn't even been able to function enough to contact Finnick and let him know what was going on. She hadn't wanted him to see her like that. Someone not herself.

She's wandered to the lake, and is pacing back and forth on the water's edge, her eyebrows drawn together as she shakes her head.]

You all said this place was better! They never turned me into a man at the Capitol! How's this place better? [She might be just a little angry on top of unnerved. She'd believed this place was better. Had truly believed it.] Lies. This is not better.

Yeah, it's that too. [ Especially turning into a guy. No thank you ] At least you're back to you.

For how long though? How do we know they won't do this again?

We don't. But different things keep happening.

[Really not the best thing to be telling her right now.] I hate this place.

You're not the only one. [ Quinn doesn't know if she'd say hate but she doesn't like it so much ]

Do those types of things happen a lot? [Annie doesn't know if she can handle being a man again.]

I don't know, I haven't been here that long. A few weeks ago people randomly grew beards? [ It was marginally better anyway ] I haven't heard of anything repeating, though.

[brokennotmad]

[Her nose wrinkles. Beards? Ew.] Even the girls? [Yeah, she's focusing on the beard part.]

Yeah, I saw some. I missed that one, thankfully.

[brokennotmad]

How does anyone stay... Well how is it that more people aren't upset over all of this?

[formercheerio]

People get upset. I was at this but I kept it off the network. [ But she saw a lot on the network too ] And I think some people get used to it.

[brokennotmad]

[She nods slowly, picking at her nails.] Right, probably best to do it that way. [People probably already thought she was crazy though. So it probably didn't matter much if she didn't.]

I wouldn't say it works for everyone, and if no one posted we wouldn't know what's going on.

So don't feel bad. [ She had had quite an outburst, but hopefully it made her feel better ]

[She sighs closing her eyes for a moment.] I can't help it. And I'm just tired of all of this.

I know. I get it. [ There's quiet while Quinn thinks for a moment ] Do you want to do something, get your mind off this for a bit? Or just talk about something else?

[brokennotmad]

That's... Very nice of you. But, well, Finnick is coming. So maybe some other time?

[formercheerio]

Hey, that's okay. But any time you want, I'll be there.

[brokennotmad]

Thank you. That's... Well nice of you. I'll have to take you up on that sometime.
