Whoever has my body should come to the library. Violet eyes, really light blond hair, fire powers. Hurry up.

This whole situation is really dumb, by the way.

[At said library, Iceland, in a rather different body, can be found in a corner with books piled up around him nearly high enough to hide him entirely from the other patrons. He keeps glancing around, though, presumably trying to search out his body, but he's doing even less talking than usual.]

[The boy looks up at Iceland, expression caught between a (in this body petulant) looking glare and embarrassement. This face is a lot more expressive than what Sweden is used to, and habits and the nature of the body battle there most strongly at moments when his own body would frown and this wouldn't.]

They're t' big.

[There's something a bit familiar about the glare, but in the boy's body Iceland doesn't recognize it. More importantly, he's realizing it's going to be incredibly difficult to have a conversation this way. There's a long pause as he attempts to reconstruct the words through the lip movements, but he comes up short--as the pause stretches on he looks more and more nervous and uncomfortable until he finally hastily types something onto his bracelet and displays the holographic screen so Sweden can see it.]

Write it.

[He means write what the boy was saying.]

[Sigh.

Not realizing that it is because the other male is deaf and not because of his way of talking, Sweden takes the pen and paper out that he always carries around with him for cases like that, and which was the first thing that he added to this body (well, you could consider Floweregg the first addition, but...)

[Iceland deletes that sentence partway through, though, and replaces it with this one:]

[The reply to that is a shake of his head, and then he scribbles down a single word before holding it up.]

Sorry.

Me too. Who are you?

[The chance of it being someone Iceland recognizes is slim, he figures, but it's better than being confused.]

[Sweden's eyes are cast down towards Iceland's feet now while the black heaired boy is writing - mostly because Floweregg is there, sniffing at the other guy. He's as weird as Sweden, he smells like someone she knows (though not nearly as well as she knows Sweden) but at the same time he smells completely different. More the second.

"Pit" leans down to grab her around the waist and pull her up into his arms before he looks at the words that Ice just wrote - and then realizes that the other male won't be able to hear him if he answers with words and he needs both hands to answer writing, so he puts the dog back down and holds one hand out to recive pen and paper back.]

[Iceland's eyes are drawn to the dog when Sweden reaches down--he speaks without thinking, because he definitely knows the dog.]

Floweregg?

[He hesitates, never having been fond of being wrong, but Finland isn't around, so he has a good chance of being right. He types again.]

Sví?

[A nod, and then another, and...

okay, Sweden has to look up at Iceland right now, and his face is nowhere near as scary as normal, the only thing that has not changed are the lenght of his silences. He scrunitizes Iceland for almost a minute before nodding to both of that and then scribbling down

because the spelling right there is pretty obvious. Who else uses ridiculous accents and would use a v at the same time? And also know the dog, that on top of it.]

[Iceland can't help but relax a little--kind of odd, given it's Sweden, but it's someone he knows and it's better than being this awkward with a complete stranger.]

Yeah. I just woke up like this. Can't hear anything. It sucks.

[But you can speak.

Floweregg is back to sniffing at Iceland now and then starts to paw at his leg, wanting attention. Humans not even talking properly while ignoring her is really rude, wow.]

[Iceland shrugs by way of response--he doesn't know much about this body other than the obvious things--and crouches to pet Floweregg, who is definitely the one who makes the most sense out of the three of them right now.]

I can't hear what I'm saying.

Good. [Iceland does as instructed, scratching behind the dog's ears. She's making him miss Puffin.]

This body thing better not last long.

[Even with the communication oddities, it's easier to speak to Sweden when he doesn't look so intimidating.]

[He really hopes so too, very fervently - so far he has done no real damage with those wings, but he isn't sure if he'll learn how to handle them or cause some really bad damage with them, to himself or others.
