fjórir ❆ text; action for library
Whoever has my body should come to the library. Violet eyes, really light blond hair, fire powers. Hurry up.
This whole situation is really dumb, by the way.
[At said library, Iceland, in a rather different body, can be found in a corner with books piled up around him nearly high enough to hide him entirely from the other patrons. He keeps glancing around, though, presumably trying to search out his body, but he's doing even less talking than usual.]

He's not really sure what to do--he's tried talking and he thinks he can, but he can't really hear himself well. The whole situation is kind of unsettling, to be honest. Hopefully the other person will have some idea of what to do.]

Um...
[No, talking still isn't going to work, even if it's his first instinct when it comes to communication. He reaches for the notebook he has among his scattered books and writes--his writing is hurried but surprisingly neat for its speed.]
I'm Iceland. Who are you?
no subject
Ernest.
no subject
You didn't set any of my books on fire, right?
[His bedroom being, basically, a bed, bookshelves, and piles of books.]
no subject
[To be honest, it never really occurred to him to try out the fire powers. It just seemed kind of unnecessary.]
no subject
What do we do now? It better wear off soon.

[There's a hesitation in his response that speaks of how he's lying--it's still incredibly unsettling.]
Is it weird being able to hear?
no subject
Very. Too noisy.
no subject
It's usually pretty quiet in here.
no subject
Good.
action
Someone doesn't know how to handle his wings just yet.]
no subject
Hey, what are you doing?
[He can't hear his voice, either, not really--though it isn't really his voice right now.]
no subject
They're t' big.
no subject
Write it.
[He means write what the boy was saying.]

Not realizing that it is because the other male is deaf and not because of his way of talking, Sweden takes the pen and paper out that he always carries around with him for cases like that, and which was the first thing that he added to this body (well, you could consider Floweregg the first addition, but...)
Wings are too big.]
no subject
[Iceland deletes that sentence partway through, though, and replaces it with this one:]
Not your body?
no subject
Sorry.
no subject
[The chance of it being someone Iceland recognizes is slim, he figures, but it's better than being confused.]

"Pit" leans down to grab her around the waist and pull her up into his arms before he looks at the words that Ice just wrote - and then realizes that the other male won't be able to hear him if he answers with words and he needs both hands to answer writing, so he puts the dog back down and holds one hand out to recive pen and paper back.]
no subject
Floweregg?
[He hesitates, never having been fond of being wrong, but Finland isn't around, so he has a good chance of being right. He types again.]
Sví?
no subject
okay, Sweden has to look up at Iceland right now, and his face is nowhere near as scary as normal, the only thing that has not changed are the lenght of his silences. He scrunitizes Iceland for almost a minute before nodding to both of that and then scribbling down
Is?
because the spelling right there is pretty obvious. Who else uses ridiculous accents and would use a v at the same time? And also know the dog, that on top of it.]
no subject
Yeah. I just woke up like this. Can't hear anything. It sucks.
no subject
Floweregg is back to sniffing at Iceland now and then starts to paw at his leg, wanting attention. Humans not even talking properly while ignoring her is really rude, wow.]
no subject
I can't hear what I'm saying.
no subject
Scratch behind the ears. The second note is made in regards to Floweregg.]
no subject
This body thing better not last long.
[Even with the communication oddities, it's easier to speak to Sweden when he doesn't look so intimidating.]
no subject
Saw Nor?]
action
Ice? [ When he doesn't get an immediate response, he looks around Iceland's usual spots--the corners. He finds one with a suspicious fort built around it and, what do you know, once he gets close enough, there's a guy in it! The blank stare Norway gives him as he tries to figure out if this is Ice should hopefully be indicative enough. ]
action
Nore?
[His voice--or rather, the voice of this body--is rough, obviously not often used.]
