Why do you expect a correlation between blood and curses?

electrolyte level testing
enzyme & protein testing
lipid testing
thyroid testing
presence of known diseases
presence of unknown agents

If unknown agents are found, I will devise a series of tests to attempt to determine cause, function, removal and/or prevention.
Those tests, I cannot specify. They will depend on the nature of any unknown agents found.

I would be willing to offer the sample you've requested. I would also be willing to offer my assistance. Although I am not familiar with the methods you intend to use, I know much of magic and its various forms from my realm, including how it could manifest in the blood of the affected.

If the sample is from an affected party, document the "normal" information then the apparent -- that of the person they are "occupying."

This is Samantha. I'm currently running the apothecary, though if you've been watching around you're usually going to see a red head with horns. I'll stop by to drop off a sample while I'm at work today.

Doctor Watson at the clinic in Heimdall [important to specify since there is more than one "Doctor Watson" in the city] will take and label the sample.
Answer his questions fully and honestly for accurate analysis.

Ummm, yeah. I run his apothecary. I'll stop by the boss's office and take care of the survey no problem buddy. I can probably drop a sample off after I'm back to my normal body if that'd help.

I think it is possible.
I would rather investigate the possibility than assume anything.

Oh— No that - that makes sense. It just seems like running them through a lab alone is going to take a crazy long time. And on top of comparing them? It's... I don't know. Different. I don't think anyone's cared enough about the cause of these things to try this before.
