[ What you see: A cute young girl, known as Himari - probably to many of you. "Himari" looks pretty strange, though - "Himari's" expression is, needless to say, kind of put off. Why?

Because What you get: is actually Pokémon Trainer Ethan inside of her body. Sans Pokémon. In a different room than he went to bed in. But the sans Pokémon part is still the worst. He found out that he actually had the body of Himari/predestination, but... there were other matters to attend to! ]

I woke up like this! [ Pointing at his new face. ] And in a different room.

[ Luckily, he's still in Sigyn. He knows his way around the house by now. ] Has anyone seen a large volcano Pokémon? Her name is Typhlosion. I hope she still remembers me, despite looking like this.

[ It sounds like he's complaining about a bad hair day............ ] And does anyone have any tips on what to do about this? [ Trainer Tips needed, please. ]

So, yeah. If you've seen a large creature with fire spurting from her back, let me know. She's gentle and calm, so she won't hurt you.

It's completely normal for me... But I talked to the person inside of me, and she's not with her. Me. My body.

Hmmm, I'll keep an eye out for her. It's not like this is the sort of thing is hard to miss if it comes down to it. It's not dangerous, right?

Not unless you challenge her to a battle. She's pretty gentle.

Why on earth would I want to pick a fight with something that's got flames shooting out of it's backside? That'd just sound nuts, if you asked me.

She doesn't fight humans! Unless you're Team Rocket, or have your own Pokemon.

Team Rocket? Dare I ask what sort of comedy routine calls itself team Rocket? glad to know I'm at least safe-ish.

Their slogan is "Steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket." Take what you will from that. They're jerks!

Sounds like a bunch of either criminals or just the sort to exploit resources to their own ends. Considering the kinds of powers you guys have said pokemon have, I'm not really surprised people like that exist.

Both. They end up hurting a lot of people with their Pokemon that way.

Yeah, sounds about like I'd expect. Those friends of yours pack a punch apparently. There's always bound to be people in this world who're going to turn things like that into weapons.

Yeah, but I'll beat them every time.

Not very good at what they do, are they? If they're going to try and use them as weapons, you'd think they could at least be, I don't know, competent at it.

They're not bad, but they don't put any love into their Pokemon. When that happens, they're not strong.

I'm just going to have to take your word for it, honestly. I've never seen love as being that important in a fight, but I also don't fight with backup, so there's that.

The more care you put into your Pokemon, the stronger they become. That's why trained Pokemon are way stronger than wild ones.

So... this is more of a thing that's specific to pokemon and not something about fighting in general? Lil weird, but I guess that makes sense in a way. Never had a pet, so I don't think I'd be good at that sort of thing at all.

Never? Really? I can't imagine how awful that'd be. They're our best friends.

It's a lot easier in some people's lives, but there's no need to go into any of that right now. I did sort of gather you guys seem really close to them as a general rule.

Somehow I'm not surprised. Well, if it works for you, it works for you. Can't question that sort of thing. Everyone's got their own little things they focus on.

I've got things I can focus on and study. I used to have people close to me, but I'm a lot better without those these days. I don't really have any close friends here right now.

... Are you sure that's better? I'd be lonely.

[demonic_witch]

I spent most of my life with only one person, so I'm fine with it. Besides which, I'm not always safe to be around, so it's generally better that way. But, since people don't listen, if I ever start acting really strangely, my 'other half' is probably acting up, and I would be somewhere else, were I you. That side of me really isn't safe.

Ah... I'll keep it in mind. But if there's a part of you that isn't safe, maybe you need a Pokemon after all. They're good for keeping us in line!
