[ What you see: A cute young girl, known as Himari - probably to many of you. "Himari" looks pretty strange, though - "Himari's" expression is, needless to say, kind of put off. Why?

Because What you get: is actually Pokémon Trainer Ethan inside of her body. Sans Pokémon. In a different room than he went to bed in. But the sans Pokémon part is still the worst. He found out that he actually had the body of Himari/predestination, but... there were other matters to attend to! ]

I woke up like this! [ Pointing at his new face. ] And in a different room.

[ Luckily, he's still in Sigyn. He knows his way around the house by now. ] Has anyone seen a large volcano Pokémon? Her name is Typhlosion. I hope she still remembers me, despite looking like this.

[ It sounds like he's complaining about a bad hair day............ ] And does anyone have any tips on what to do about this? [ Trainer Tips needed, please. ]

So, yeah. If you've seen a large creature with fire spurting from her back, let me know. She's gentle and calm, so she won't hurt you.

The more care you put into your Pokemon, the stronger they become. That's why trained Pokemon are way stronger than wild ones.

So... this is more of a thing that's specific to pokemon and not something about fighting in general? Lil weird, but I guess that makes sense in a way. Never had a pet, so I don't think I'd be good at that sort of thing at all.

Never? Really? I can't imagine how awful that'd be. They're our best friends.

It's a lot easier in some people's lives, but there's no need to go into any of that right now. I did sort of gather you guys seem really close to them as a general rule.

Somehow I'm not surprised. Well, if it works for you, it works for you. Can't question that sort of thing. Everyone's got their own little things they focus on.

I've got things I can focus on and study. I used to have people close to me, but I'm a lot better without those these days. I don't really have any close friends here right now.

... Are you sure that's better? I'd be lonely.

I spent most of my life with only one person, so I'm fine with it. Besides which, I'm not always safe to be around, so it's generally better that way. But, since people don't listen, if I ever start acting really strangely, my 'other half' is probably acting up, and I would be somewhere else, were I you. That side of me really isn't safe.

Ah... I'll keep it in mind. But if there's a part of you that isn't safe, maybe you need a Pokemon after all. They're good for keeping us in line!

Heh. I'll keep it in mind. Personally, I think I might try another route than something I'm not sure I can control that's got lethal force to it. But to each their own.

[Yep, it was official. She was seriously considering the view that the pokemon world was completely nucking futs. Some of the people from it were fine, but there was just something wrong with that place.]

I don't think a Pokemon's ever seriously hurt a human before, you know...

Good to know. Never owned one, so I suppose it's a bit like a pit bull. Everyone's scared of them, and they can be dangerous, but most aren't.

I think it's just people who don't know what they are... Every single person in my world knows and lives with Pokemon. Nobody is afraid of them anymore, unless they're a legendary one.

[Yep. It really was like a pit bull conversation. She managed to avoid sighing and explaining to them the fact that from what she'd been told, most of these creatures described to her were the equivalent of howitzers, and that given that there were groups like Team Rocket supposedly running around, they really were dangerous. People were used to guns in her world too, and it didn't make them less dangerous.

Legendary? Do I even want to know?

Really rare Pokemon with huge powers. There's only one of each kind, usually.

Lovely. Well, at least there's only one of each of them, right? I suppose it's not such a bad thing if they're not tearing this place up anyway. That'd probably be a bit much for me.

Yeah, I've seen a couple different ones here, but they're all trained really well.

Yeah, I suppose they seemed pretty much bonded. The pikachu I saw was well enough behaved.

Yeah, Pikachu are really cool! They also look less intimidating than my Typhlosion, I guess.

Yeah, I suppose that's a way of looking at it. They're all a little intimidating to me, honestly. I'll keep an eye out for yours, though.
