[A timid woman appears on the feed and to some... she may look familiar, but there's something different about her.]

H-Hello? Everyone can hear me, right? [She gives the bracelet a curious look.] My name is Beatrice Castiglioni, I have only been here a few days and... Could someone explain to me these recent contests I have been seeing? Some of them looked quite fun.

[She puts on a nervous, but warm smile.] By the way, does anyone happen to know a man by the name of Kinzo Ushiromiya? If so, please let him know that I am here.

[ At the first glance at the feed, Ange only feels annoyed - she's been rather bitter towards Beatrice (and Battler) since the whole reveal that they're married and she's been cropping it up instead of talking it out, which doesn't help either.. but once she hears the actual words there's more just.. well, surprise. That last name, and.. what?

She isn't sure if it's out bitterness or suspicion that she just switches to text. ]

That person is not here. Why are you looking for him?

[He knows Beato, but, it's also clear this isn't the same Beatrice, considering the way she's speaking and dressed. Asking about Kinzo only raises more questions - is it really possible he knows more than one Beatrice with the same face? And the way she seems to be so familiar with him, it could easily mean this is that secret mistress, but then, wasn't the witch Beatrice the mistress?

Trying to reason it out isn't working out for him, so, he decides it's best to just talk to her and find out. Though of course, he has no tact.]

He's my old man, he's not around here, so, what d'you need?

Wait, uh- but isn't that... isn't that Beatrice-san, Battler's wife? Why is she acting like she's completely new to this place? The appearance is the same, but... the clothes were different, and her demeanor is completely opposite to the ones she used to deal with. She definitely is not the same Beatrice... ]

[ Did Beato run into a curse like she always wished? It... looks like that, but Hanako thinks it would be counterproductive if she suddenly acted like she knew her. ]

Those contests were organized by the gods of this city. I don't know the reason, but those were fun all the same. Did you partecipate in them, miss?

... I'm afraid I can't help you with the other request. I haven't known or seen Kinzo Ushiromiya here, but I know of other people that might be his relatives.

Ah, yes, we can hear you just fine, Miss Castiglioni -- or would you prefer that I addressed you differently?

In any case, these contests are crafted by the gods here, intended to provide some form of entertainment, and perhaps recluse from the conflicts we have had to face from outside sources.

I'm sorry but I haven't seen anyone with that name here. As for the contests, it's what the gods have put on for us.

Kinzo Ushiromiya is not here. Several other members of the Ushiromiya family are, however.

[ ... No way. Seriously? It takes him a moment to piece things together, but it's simple enough thanks to him knowing the truth of Beato's games. So, this was the Golden Witch, huh?

From what I have seen, the different houses compete against each other, right? And there is usually a reward for the winning houses?

Yeah, sure! Pretty sure I know who you are, feel like it's an obligation as the closest relative of his here to take care of you. He'd flip his shit if he knew I didn't.

[Good thing he did, because even on video a sparkle lights up in her eyes briefly when she first sees Battler, but soon after she notices the red hair. The sparkle dims slightly and her expression returns to how it was before.]

So I have heard. ...Excuse me if I am wrong, but are you Kinzo's son?

[ He'll joke around a bit, hopefully lightening up the atmosphere. ] Nope. sorry. You're warm, but still a little cold, hihihi!. ... One of his sons are here, though. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he introduces himself to you.

... In fact, my relationship with Kinzo'll sound pretty crazy to you, I bet.

[Wait... so some of Kinzo's family already knew? Maybe he told relatives he could really trust--no... Kinzo said himself that he didn't have a family so why then--? Thankfully, that last comment helps clear away the tension that's beginning to form in her head. She chuckles again.]

I would not put it past Kinzo. He's that kind of man.

Battler Ushiromiya, Ange Ushiromiya, and Rudolf Ushiromiya.

I am a...friend of the family's. [Her tone is mocking, almost daring someone like Ange or Battler to come and call her out on it. ]
