Your giving me the tour is much appreciated.

Hospital tonight as planned.

[ Action ]

[ The accounting job at the bank isn't really the sort of calculating that Mycroft is overjoyed with having. He's been a bit spoiled with considering bigger issues in his former life. But gaining a salary is actually of some importance now -don't think it doesn't piss him off- on top of every other worry, especially since he has more than himself to look after (though that's not new). And he needs work; in his own way, he craves it just as desperately as his brother does. This job is just coppers before a king in every manner, but it is something. Unlike his brother, Mycroft is able to settle for less than what he wants for the sake of practicality. But at least Sherlock does have a little project going for him, so that's one thing off the list of complications.

So long as Mycroft makes sure the way is open to him. And he will.

When his shift is over at the Bank of Dvalin, Mycroft collects his bracelet from the office (no chance of distraction or possible conveyance of account information, nevermind Mycroft's memory for numbers is more astounding than his employers might have figured) and makes his way into Heimdall's district. There, he'll proceed upon a leisurely stroll through Freya, and then into Sigyn district, sending out and answering the various texts and replies as he goes. ]

Arrive at or before 11 PM.
I'll be there at 11:30. Will need to be let in.
Nothing to examine tonight, but I want a look at the facilities.
S

[He could always examine his own blood, but that would require a tourniquet and syringe in his hand, a needle in his arm. He has too many associations and too little to do for that to sound like a remotely good idea.

He'll worry about coaxing the Victorian Watson to draw blood samples for "M" from willing participants another day.]

[Of course not!

...Yet.

Or, at least, he expects to make Watson stick Mycroft with a needle.]

[ .............what.

he was so sure that it was Sherlock on the other line of his messages... but was it really just Mycroft? he's second guessing himself now that the other isn't anonymous, and honestly?

it's disappointing -- painfully so. he was so sure, and yet his "deductions" were off by a brother.

he still wants to be right. he wants Sherlock to be here. having friends in Asgard was helping in his absence, but it was no substitute for his best friend. ]

Slow going.
Was in London, too, though.
Wasp and Watson are reliable. Edogawa seems useful. They'll have their own contacts to add, eventually.
S

[Once they trust him. Like with his Homeless Network in London. Five or six key spokes, from which other contacts radiated, all reporting, eventually, to him.

...Moriarty isn't the only one who can weave a spider web. Even if Sherlock doesn't call his that.]

Holmes senior, I take it? I'm the other Watson.

[This is not how Watson imagined meeting Holmes' brother.]

By the mention of the facilities and your conversation with John, I imagine that your message was intended for him alone?

Then I will be delighted to show you around. Should I expect you after you've seen the hospital?

It is not everyday a simple doctor meets a man of your repute, Mr Holmes. [And even if you didn't have your reputation, you'd still be Holmes' brother.]

That is correct. From Sigyn, you'll continue to follow the main road and turn [directions. Clear, precise.]

[Not quite the man that Watson was expecting, but then he's still to meet Mycroft -- and it's still somewhat of a novelty to Watson that Holmes posesses anything so mundane as an elder brother. He answers the door promptly, holding out a hand in greeting.]

Mycroft Holmes. Welcome to the clinic.

There has been those that have left the city itself via the gate, but it does not allow us to leave this realm and return to our individual home worlds.

Apart from that, there doesn't seem to have been any other attempts to leave just yet -- this is assuming that any who manage to leave on their own accord would not just be brought back once again by the resident gods.

Met Wasp.
Forensic team here has photographs and other evidence-- two murders, apparently ritualistic. Could be serial.

That's fortunate, certainly, though I've been told it kills even the snake.
