[001] Video/Action for Odin House

[An older man, perhaps about 60 or a little older with a weathered face and a windswept stock of surprising thick hair for his age, is peering at the bracelet with an contemplative, searching expression. He has rather intense yellow eyes that lend his otherwise innocuous features a strange, somewhat disconcerting air. He speaks after a long moment in a voice with a clear British accent and colored by no small ounce of humorless amusement.]

How convenient that I should be provided such an intriguing little device. For all its tiny size, it is clearly, like much of this, not a trifling trick. To change my form to that of a human, to designate me a traveler when I did not, in fact, travel here: I do not consider myself an honored guest and I doubt that I am the only one.

I have many questions that I would ask, should anyone be willing answer.

[His lips move in a way like they should form in a smile, but they simply stretch, showing more of his upper teeth.]

It is, however, a pleasure to see that magic is an integral part of this Holy City of Asgard after so many years of it being outlawed from Camelot.

[Bobby spends a good second peering at the older man (?), seeing if there is anything telling about the nature of the speaker besides the unusual eyes.

It seems whoever this is, is likely to be from the same Camelot as Arthur and Merlin.]

[Oh, it's an older man. That's interesting--the gods haven't chosen many elderly folk to join them in Asgard before this. It might be a good idea to see if he needs anything...]

[Hang on...that voice sounds awfully familiar...]

...didn't that other dragon say he was turned human here, though? What was his name...Spike! That's it. If what Spike said is true, then it's entirely possible that the same's happened to Kilgharrah. It doesn't explain why Daenery's Drogon didn't suffer the same transformation, though.]

[ ....Magic. Camelot.

Her thoughts race in her head, the main one being, are you there, God? It's me, Morgana. Please don't let Uther see this, life is complicated as it is. ]

...You are a sorcerer.

[ hullo, stranger. ]

[He should probably make sure it's him. No matter what the circumstances between him, Arthur, and Uther are right now, it's his duty as an "old friend" and a Dragonlord to make sure Kilgharrah's all right, if it is him.

Odd. A few days ago, Merlin would have thought his Camelot-related life couldn't get any more complicated. Apparently, he was wrong.]

[An older human, who wears garb utterly unfamiliar to Kilgharrah. A lot has changed while Kilgharrah was imprisoned, but not this much, he didn't think. But, then again, this is not what expected to find when he flew away from Camelot as well.]

These self-proclaimed gods seem to have some very interesting ideas.

[He smiles, although only with his lips. Yes, questions. Let's go with the most obvious first.]

What is the importance of color?

Kilgharrah?

[Merlin still isn't sure whether he wants it to be true or not.]

[Ah, the little witch. Kilgharrah hasn't seen her before this, but she looks much like he thinks she should. He smiles that same not quite smile from the video.]

I'll admit to being a little curious; if it's the gods of this place that made you human, what were you before you arrived?

[Despite everything that's happened recently for Kilgharrah, he is more than a little grateful to see Merlin right now. It's not that he needs Merlin or even that he wants Merlin to be here. No, Merlin should be in Camelot, where he can fulfill his destiny. That is what Kilgharrah has planned and wants the most. But, still, Kilgharrah is not an entirely detached creature in the slightest, so to see a familiar face, let alone one that had so recently done him a merciful deed, is a great relief to this dragon.]

[Kilgharrah smiles more, which really just translates to a lot more teeth.]

Merlin. I had not expected to see you again so soon.

[Kilgharrah doesn't respond for a long moment, mostly because the text function is just so odd looking. What sort of creature would have handwriting like this? Kilgharrah has never had the ability to write, at least not as humans do with fingers and such. He can do it; it's just a slow process.]

[ She doesn't like this, not one bit. There is an ominous feeling in this entire broadcast. ]

What have you been, before the Gods of this city have turned you human?

[While the capitalised letters make it seem to Izaya that the respondent is a little less than pleased with the question, though if his answer is an honest one it also makes logical sense that he simply hasn't quite got to grips with the text function]

A dragon, huh? I can't say I've ever believed in such a thing, I guess you learn something new every day.

I'm just a regular human ☆

It is you. [Merlin squares his shoulders. Now that he knows, it's time to figure out exactly what the dragon remembers.]

You say it hasn't been that long since we saw each other, but what was the last thing you remember?

[Kilgharrah doesn't like this either, any of it at all.]

I have and am still, I believe, a dragon.

[Maybe, considering how rare dragons are, that might ring a bell.]

[What is that star symbol doing at the end of your last sentence? Is that supposed to be a sigil of some sort? It doesn't seem to have any power.]

Dragons? Dragons were all slayed at the Great Purge, it is a known -

[Ah, so there's a privacy function of sorts to this bracelet. That's... remarkably convenient now that Kilgharrah knows it's there.]

[The question does cause some level of trepidation to rise in Kilgharrah. It shows as a mixture of suspicion and surprise in his eyes, although it doesn't really translate to his face.]

You had shown me mercy in the shadow of Camelot. Should I remember differently?

[He considers most beings who fall outside the human category as things or monsters, but that's not something he considers it wise to pass along]

Ah, forgive my impertinence, then. I suppose I'm a little unused to conversing with non-humans. My experience with them was fairly limited before arriving here.

Not all, I don't think. Not in appearances at least.

Mercy...? [Then his brows snap together as he realises what Kilgharrah is referring to.]

After you attacked Camelot. That's what you remember?

[It's really only to bide time that Uther cares to skim over everything on the network at all. He usually doesn't pay anything much attention, but if there's something from someone he knows, he usually stops to see what it is. And when those eyes show up on the screen, even if he doesn't recognise the face, he's suddenly certain that he knows this man from somewhere.

There is something very unsettling about it, and he squints his eyes at it and then the man says magic and Camelot and the feeling grows worse. He knows those eyes, and that voice, but he can't remember where from.

Despite unease, he needs to know.]

[Wow, there seem to be a lot of newcomers from that other Camelot. Though Gilgamesh suspects this one won't be so easy to troll.]

For a place where magic is illegal, there seem to be a few mongrel wizardlings from it.

[He might be a being of pure magical energy and know a considerable amount about the magic of his own world, but that doesn't mean he still doesn't regard wizards and mages as cowards.]

That's one way to put it.

[And only if you're being nice.

That smile is kind of off putting, but he doesn't outwardly react.]

Supposedly it's to bring life and "save" Asgard. There's a pretty big difference in color and how the natives act compared to when I first got here.
