If you were to take loyalties to a king, what kind of king would you want them to be? Would you think better if they were harsh or if they were wise? What sort of person would you lend your allegiances too?

[ Mayors are weird concepts. ]
Westeros has had dealt with a mad king. He had managed much sins upon the kingdom. There was a rebellion, led by King Robert to take the iron throne from him. King Robert had good intent, but he was better at winning the throne then holding it. The king that followed him was his son who was as cruel and mad as the king before his father's rule.
