2nd Battle | VIDEO

[ he may as well use this damn network for research. ]

If you were to take loyalties to a king, what kind of king would you want them to be? Would you think better if they were harsh or if they were wise? What sort of person would you lend your allegiances too?

[ It's a general topic. he's curious to hear the opinions of people around him. he seems less rigid than when he first arrived. the break from all the battles has done well on him. he's not uneasy and robb speaks with a warm confidence. ]

[She tilted her head a little, leaning a little closer to her screen. Curious after all, it was just a saying.]

No? What makes you say that? Lion's are often used to mean that which is bold and strong... but sadly politics is too much of a nest of vipers sometimes for that to always be the best option.

you just jinxed me or something because I just got one too SO ENJOY?

But does not a lion also protect his pride?

[She's noticed, but she won't comment, because he's... rather reminding her of her lover right now. She misses hearing men talk so passionately about anything, or believed in so much.]

But do not all animals only protect their own? Surely a king must be more then one, and protect all his people, no matter they lion or fox, wolf or sheep. Or at least I've always thought so.

[She shakes her head, clearly not bothered by his words.]

You have much of your mind, and if you are new here... well I'll be the last person to judge you for still having a mind filled with home. I'm guilty of the same.

[She gives him a charming smile.] Is Westeros your home then? I've never heard of it.

I come from a land called England, my lord, and it is a grand place, or perhaps I am just biased. As anyone is I suppose. [She laughs, turning her eyes down for a moment. Demure, almost, as she thought of Chatswick and Bath, the country side you'd go through. She missed the greenness of it in this grey place.]

Of course it has it's flaws, as any place does. Sometimes it rains dreadfully, but mostly... It's home, and thus beyond compare and utterly irreplaceable.

I guess with a name like Winterfell, you couldn't take it to be warm, unless whoever named it had a particularly awful sense of humour.

[She tries to think of what she knows that's similar, just to be pleasant. England never got so cold, but Scotland could.]

The lands to the north of England are like that, I'm told. Have huge sweeping mountains and it is nearly always covered in mist. But where you come from sounds beautiful nonetheless, even if it is a little too chilly for me.
